The property was much newer and hence in a better shape than the other hotel in the area. The place is well located bang in the center of the town with easy access to everything. The aircon was good, there is a fridge in the room and there is a rooftop pool. There is also a microwave and coffee in the common area The negative is that no breakfast is served. There are many restaurants within meters of the place.

Rooms cooled down nicely, the small pool was a nice way to cool down as well. The staff were super helpful and the location next to tour companies and restaurants etc was perfect for returning after a day out exploring.

It was a very good hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms were very clean. air-conditioning worked very good. No problem parking all the people were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if they had a little bar on the roof of the hotel have a cold beer or drink of some kind after you got back from one of your adventures in the city, but there’s lots of places very close to get something to eat or drink

This is a simple 2 star hotel, but might be the best hotel that San Ignacio has to offer. Great rooftop pool. Free covered parking. Great staff. Great location to excursion offices. Staff worked very hard to get me a shuttle from San Ignacio to BZE. Shopping and restaurants are just outside the front door.

The customer service was excellent! They helped us to make some adjustments with our stay beforehand. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the place was quiet. We slept very well there! The rooftop pool was great fun for our children.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maya Bella. It was simple and super easy to get to all our activities. Good food and drinks near by. Pool was great. Air conditioners worked very well. It was nice being able to refill water bottles with their purified water and always being able to make tea. We recommend!
