Great views and very nice staff hosting you. Basic but solid breakfast in the morning and the Wifi works. Shower had hot water. Very much worth it at this price point.

Facilities very nice, the view, the beds were great but hot water not working well, only staff we met, left in the rush to social event and didn’t come back at all so neighbors had to fix breakfast for us in our room because there were no key to get in dining room , access with luggage also difficult because it is located a the top of the mountain

We didn’t get to check in as no one was at the hotel. We tried calling the number provided and no one answered. We tried contacting hotels.com but they didn’t help either, and have ignored all emails about refunds! Terrible experience! Would not recommend!

A experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Não houve ninguém para nos recepcionar e foi impossível estabelecer contato com a hospedagem, até mesmo o suporte do Hoteis.com não teve retorno. Entramos nos quartos por conta própria, onde constatamos a falta total de água, papel higiênico, toalhas de banho impossibilitando até a higiene básica. No dia seguinte, continuamos sem assistência e sem o café da manhã. Planejávamos ficar até o check-out, mas fomos obrigados a sair às 7h para retornar a Copacabana apenas para tomar banho em outro local.
