Jättetrevlig personal, väldigt bra lägenheter. Rekommenderar varmt!

Of course! Here's a **shorter version**, perfect for review sites: --- We had a fantastic stay in Sarajevo, thanks to the warm and professional staff at the hotel. The city is full of charm and history, and the team made us feel right at home. A special mention to one of the receptionists who also drove us several times, he was exceptional: kind, helpful, and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended! Very convenient location. Though as others have said, it's a steep wallk uphill to get to it; if you have a car, they have parking onsite. They also have a shuttle that will take you around town at a reasonable price, or you can call a taxi in five minutes. Great apartment amenities. But what really made this place stand out was the incredible service provided by Muhamed at the front desk, who went way out of his way to try to fix something for us that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't say enough about him. This is where we'll stay when we come back.

A real gem of a hotel. One bedroom apartment was spacious and furnished to a high standard. Bed comfy and the rain shower was superb. Buffet breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and helpful. An easy 20 min stroll to the Old Town and all the shops / restaurants. Incredible value for money. Highly recommend staying here.
