I stayed here for more than three weeks in a row, and the service was excellent. The spa in hotels is another reason to stay in the central hotel. Business travelers will be happy with the location because it is close to all the leading institutions. Private meetings can be held in plenty of space. There are spacious, spotless rooms, and some have spectacular views of the front street. The staff was nice and made me feel very welcome and special.

The employees were so friendly and helpful even called the airport in Belgrade to try to locate our luggage, we can't wait to come back here again when we visit Sarajevo. The location is perfect if you're a tourist. The room Donnybrook Suite was spacious and had a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is located in the old town and close to the supermarket and post office. They can arrange airport transfer. The room in this hotel is very good and spacious, and neat, with mini fridge, kettle, and air conditioning. The room is also equipped with good soundproofing. The noise from the traffic is not very much, but you can hear the music from the club. The staff are kind, helpful, and hospitable. The drivers were promptly and polite.

The pool area was another nice surprise after a weeklong vacation in the Balkans. The personnel were friendly and the check-in process was fast and simple. The hotel is strategically situated and surrounded by many bars. We reserved a junior suite room for one night, and it turned out to be a onebedroom apartment with a kitchen, 1. 5 baths, a separate living room, study, and a terrace. What a fantastic deal! The towel situation was my only minor complaint, and we didn't have two full sets of towels, and the half bath didn't have any. However, since we were only there for one night, it wasn't a big deal.

My thanks to the front desk staff, who promptly and effectively handled the many problems I encountered when I arrived in Sarajevo. I was in particular awaiting an important package that was not delivered properly to another location, and the postman was informed, a driver was located, and I was able to retrieve it on my way to the airport from the central post office. Sarajevo has a lot of odd logistical challenges, but the hotel staff knew how to help and stepped up. Much appreciated.
