The staff at this hotel were amazing. They accommodated everything we needed. They were so generous and helpful in every aspect of our stay. I will be telling everyone that I know to stay here when they travel to Bosnia.

This hotel is fantastic and I will go there again next time I’m in Mostar! The location is perfect and accessible to everything, staff was so kind and helpful, the room was great, the food is amazing, and the view out your window is gorgeous. If you want to be in the heart of Mostar, this is your spot. They can provide you with tours and outings and help you hail a taxi on your way out. Hotel Emen was my favorite hotel out of all my stops in Europe.

Overall, fantastic stay at Hotel Emen- staff at the desk were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and stylish. Breakfast was generous with authentic Bosnian coffee. It was situated in the old city, very closely to the Bridge. Parking in the nearby lot was reasonable (30KM for 24 hours). The one-way roads approaching the parking were narrow but on the way out were fine.

The hotel is small, but the staff makes you feel right at home. They make you feel incredibly comfortable, and they're always very attentive to your needs. The location is super convenient for waking up and heading out to fully experience Bellonold Town in Mostar. Thank you so much, dear Emen Hotel team. Modern hotel in an old historic building. Staff speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Rooms are small but the building is historic and there is no space for them to be larger. Excellent large breakfast included. Chain hotel sophistication in a small family owned property. Location. Location. Location.

Boravak u Hotelu Emen bio je savršen od početka do kraja. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Sobe su čiste, udobne i moderno uređene, a lokacija hotela je idealna, u samom srcu Mostara, nadomak Starog mosta. Posebno nas je oduševila atmosfera, mir i gostoprimstvo koje smo osjetili tokom cijelog boravka. Doručak je bio odličan, sa raznovrsnom i ukusnom ponudom. Sve je bilo na vrhunskom nivou i osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Toplo preporučujemo Hotel Emen svima koji žele ugodan i nezaboravan boravak u Mostaru. Sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti.
