I recommend it!. Very lovely and charming hotel with soul. The staff was very kind and friendly. The app was huge and had everything we needed. It is in the center, only a few steps from the old town. Breakfast is simple but more than enough because you can find all the Bosnian specialties in the old town.

Personal sehr sehr nett und freundlich! Sehr schönes Familienzimmer inkl. Babybett. Grosses sauberes Zimmer, grosses Bad und viel Platz zum chillen. Direkt in an der Baščaršija, hammer Standort!

Hotel is in mint condition. Extremely clean. Looks like brand new hotel. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is in the middle of old town Sarajevo. Walking distance to every importand point in the old town. Also, could not be safer location. Recommend this hotel by all means. Covered parking is available one block from the hotel, and also open lot is extremely close. All within walking distance. Not a single problem or complaint.

Great little hotel at a reasonable price. Enough room for a family of 5 which is hard to come by in Sarajevo. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was quiet. Fantastic location. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location and excellent staff. Condition was mostly good, but shower did not drain well which made the bathroom floor very wet. Other than that, it was great.

Hard to get better accommodation. In the middle of town. Great staff in hotel, smiling and helping with taxi/restaurant etc. Huge familyroom (nr7) at topfloor with 2 ac. Breakfast good being a such small hotel. Kitchen with even dishwasher (didnt used it) This place is just heaven. Go here.

The hotel has an excellent central location, and one of the best war museums is 30 seconds away on the same street. Although there are two pubs directly next door, we didn't feel it disturbed us, and since we were only there for a short time, we enjoyed the location for sightseeing as we had to be able to walk everywhere. The hotel receptionist staff were the best we had in whole Bosnia. They smiled, were helpful, polite, and generally very friendly and nice people. They provided free maps, drew on directions, recommended the best place for cevapi, and much more. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day. If you enjoy English tea, bring your own tea bags and coffee. The coffee provided was the instant sachets. The hotel was extremely accommodating and kept our luggage in storage while we went to mortar for a night. Excellent English speaking front desk. The apartment chapter 1 was very spacious for us and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children sharing a bedroom. An iron was also provided. Improvements coming from the uk. Unfortunately, the hotel has a smokers room on the ground floor with the door open, so all the smoke is lingers and travels around the entire hotel. But it is fair to say smoking is common in Bosnia, and there seems to be no social practice to keep smokers far away outside, so this is not just a criticism of this

In our final choice, the center, which was chosen based on the excellent ratings and the strategic location of the hotel story, which also appeared to be an excellent choice. We regret not leaving the hotel because it is elegant, elegant, and contemporary with stylish decor. We hope to have the chance to visit Hotel Story again, and we definitely suggest it to others.
