Wonderful service, fantastic atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotell is incredibly charming and fits well into it's placement in old town. It is beautiful. The AC in the room was indispensible in the heat(35+ degrees).

Incrível com uma das equipes mais simpáticas e prestativas que já tive o prazer em conhecer. O estacionamento é pago mas seguro e perto. Café da manhã muito bom.

This place and the service exceeded expectations. The welcome was amazing. Staff took our bags to the room while we were seated on the porch for complimentary fresh peach juice and a tasty yogurt. We also dined with them and got the all inclusive meal one fish and one lamb, both were superb. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Mostar. It is located in the middle of everything and yet it has privacy and you are not surrounded by tourists. Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to halo you Most importantly the food is amazing!! I’m definitely coming back here again.

A hotel located in a charming setting, right next to the crooked bridge—one of the area’s main attractions. The staff is very friendly, highly professional, and attentive to any need. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, with the added convenience of having a good restaurant within the hotel itself.

Hotel is perfectly located, room clean and staff very friendly. Walls of the room are thin however - noted noise from the hallway/upstairs at 7am onwards. Parking is also quite tough unless using a private lot nearby that charges 15 euro/day.

Huge kudos to the friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff. Management of the hotel has done an excellent job at recruiting a great team. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town, with a rushing river right alongside it, and a lovely outdoor terrace for eating meals. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and good. The room was large, with a private terrace that was a lovely place to relax after a hot day. Highly recommended!!
