Great hotel in an incredible location at the Latin bridg. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and very comfortable. Great shower too! Highly recommend.

Very clean hotel, fantastic location. Very clean with lots of natural sunlight with great views. It’s across the street from the old town. Also a 5-10 minute walk from other attractions. I originally stayed at a hotel about a 15 minute drive and finding taxis can be challenging so I switched to the Ornament and I’m so happy I did. The staff at the Ornament Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Location is very good, only few minutes walk to old town. Quiet location next to the river. Easy to find taxis for travel to train stations or elsewhere. There were few steps to first floor room. However hotel stagf staff offered to carry our suitcases. Thank you. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Clean room. Nice hot shower. Friendly, helpful staff (they make great restaurant recommendations). Convenient location as it is just across the bridge from the old town marketplace with several eating and shopping options. Small but sufficient breakfast.

The hotel was very close to the city center. It was a very beautiful yellow building. Since we were a group of four, the attic floor was entirely ours. The lower floors also had balconies. The breakfast was sufficient. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Ich hatte 5 fantastische Tage in diesem kleinen, aber feinen, charmanten und super gelegenem Hotel in Sarajevo. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Lateinerbrücke war großartig. Die Zimmer geräumig, hell und sauber, das Frühstück top, die Mitarbeiter richtig nett, danke Kenan für den An- und Abtransport, die Lage super. Ich komme gerne wieder!!!

Amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful through WhatsApp and in person. They upgraded me to a room with terrace which was great. This is a quaint boutique hotel with an amazing location right across Old Town and the Latin Bridge. It is clean and comfortable, with just 10 rooms. Breakfast is included and good enough with main things one would need. Only thing to note is there is no staff/security after 10pm but it was fine because the door is locked and only guests can enter. I would definitely recommend to stay here and will stay here when I return.
