The hotel was peaceful, clean, trendy, and cozy, and the staff was extremely welcoming. But nowadays, phone reception is a must. The only way to obtain a phone signal is to exit the hotel on the street and go away from the hotel. Because rooms are not isolated, you can hear everything, even walking steps from the apartment above you. The building's acoustics are also shocking because it was built in an island shape, letting you hear everything from the pool and recreation area, creating an echo. Because of the hills next to it, all of my bags got moldy on the side I got the room, and the phone didn't work. I asked to have it fixed but it wasn't done for the entire time I was there.

In general, when we booked there, everything was advertised as a hotel. Two weeks later, we received an email stating that we were required to bring towels. Well so far. We had only had access to someone via Whatsapp prior to our arrival, which was quite odd. But, because this is Brazil, many things only work through Whatsapp. When we arrived, some people sat around, handed us the keys, and we had to search for our way into our rooms by ourselves. Not at all pleasant, even when the elevator you intend to use doesn't have a button, obviously that's how they sort things out. We got a room apartment, which was clean but smelled strongly like chlorine, which was not too pleasant when you arrive with your baby. The bed in this apartment was about 120 I 195, which was a major surprise since we had to sleep in the bed with the baby. If your room faces the pool area, prepare yourself for a loud evening. There isn't enough parking space there to provide one single car parking space, which results in a lane of up to three cars in a row where only the first one can exit. It's a surprising fact that there is no network in the area except for the Vivo Brazilian provider, and the WiFi in the apartment is as fast as an old turtle with only two legs. By 8 o'

I hope to return. It is situated near the foot of the hill. It is situated on a street right at the end of the bombs. It is about a minute from the beach and a good mini market. Its quiet isolated, so it is ideal for a getaway. Everyone couples, families, singles, etc. it is a perfect getaway. There are plenty of ammonites there is a playground for the older children, a pool table, table tennis, two pools, an amazing jacuzzi, and a fitness center with the majority of the equipment very impressive. I stayed in a bedroom apartment that came with all silverware, a stove top and microwave, a fridge, and a washing machine. WiFi and to is available. The restaurant is nice and neat, with a good atmosphere and reasonably priced delicious food. The buffet is also wonderful. The staff is accommodating and always available to help you. If you don't speak Portuguese, I suggest you take a dictionary, but you shouldn't be concerned as the majority of the staff speak English and some staff speak spanish, so there is always someone to help you. I enjoyed my visit here and was very happy with my stay.

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura. Os quartos são completos, com cozinha, máquina de lavar, varanda e churrasqueira. As piscinas do hotel são muito boas, principalmente a aquecida. Porém, tivemos alguns contratempos bastante desagradáveis. Nosso quarto ficava ao lado de uma construção, com muito ruído a partir das 07:00. Além disso, nos deparamos com baratas, tanto o quarto quanto no restaurante do hotel. Trocamos de quarto, mas o mesmo também tinha uma barata no banheiro! Portanto, isso fez com que nossa experiência no hotel não fosse nada boa.

It was the worst hotel I never stayed in Brazil. The receptionist was totally unprofessional and didn't care too much about customers. There was nobody at the reception for check-in and we were waiting for more than 30 minutes. It turned out that he was having his dinner at the upstairs. When the another staff finally called him down and then he gave us a very unhappy face and called us to go to the upstairs with him for the check-in. Moreover, the room wasn't cleaned enough. We found some animal hairs on the blanket, which caused my wife and I allergy. I highly recommend that don't choose this hotel. You may have an unsatisfied experience in your trip. There are a lot of good hostels and hotels in Bombinas. It's not necessary to take the chance. Foi o pior hotel em que nunca me hospedei no Brasil. O recepcionista não se importava muito com os clientes. Não havia ninguém na recepção para fazer o check-in e ficamos esperando por mais de 30 minutos. Acontece que ele estava jantando no andar de cima da recepção. Quando o outro funcionário do hotel finalmente o chamou e ele nos deu uma cara muito feia e nos chamou para irmos para o andar de cima com ele para o check-in. Além disso, o quarto não estava limpo suficiente. Encontramos alguns pelos de animais no cobertor, o que causou alergia a mim e a minha esposa. Eu recomendo que não escolha este hotel. Você pode ter uma experiência insatisfeita em sua viagem. Há muitos hotéis bons em Bombinas. Não precisa arriscar a sua viagem
