Awe-inspiring, incredible, impeccable service. The best location, it has everything you could hope for from a 5-star hotel. Very good breakfast and room service, nice bed, I really recommend this hotel.

Pros lobby has open-concept space with midcentury and contemporary furniture. The external wall is covered in red brick and sets a nice dialogue between old and new between public and private and invites guests to appreciate the lattice-like pattern drawing inspiration from the ancient windows called muxarabi. Hotel staff make the difference. The concierge Madame lydia is always happy to help without being bossy or nosy. Joanie, the head maitre, is very attentive and Matheus at reception and Joanie the waitresse tables offer very friendly service. Matheus recommended local restaurant caramel Portuguese cuisine and lydia recommended Modern Eternal Amazing Exhibition. Bar offers many delicious cocktails and coffee is a great offer brand. Checkin is smooth and pleasant. Modern and immaculately clean rooms. Amenities are of very high quality. Lobby and restaurant are immaculate. Breakfast is of a superior quality wish I could have the bolo de quiero recipe. I wish I could stay longer and enjoy the pool and spa. Pool area should have music. This is a non-sponsored review.

Overall, I had high expectations for a casino hotel, and I sincerely hope I won't be required to leave. The hotel is stylishly designed, with a gallows and lighting nearby. The personnel is helpful and makes every effort to ensure that they are helpful. There is nothing outstanding about the accommodations, they are really nothing special. You can hear everything that is happening in other people's rooms as you walk down the hallways. The restaurant is adequate, my shrimp risotto was a little fishy. I've tried better shrimp risotto from two-star restaurants. For a portion of my stay, the internet wifi broke down. The mattresses are cozy. Your driver will have to drop you off on the street since the hotel does not have a proper entryway.

I had the greatest hotel stay at Casino Be. He has a great team and is also a big part of this. He has worked at Motels, Four Seasons, Belmont, One Only, and Rosewood among others. He also has great staff. His team at Casino Be has a great team. An example to follow. I stayed for 20 nights this time and it was a total pleasure. From arrival to departure. Jessica is the boss of the team. Another example that may be followed by other hotels. Its undoubtedly a home away from home cliche, but that was exactly what I felt. My family and I. I appreciate it very much. I look forward to catching up with you all again. Excellent service, everyone, and the whole team, is a treasure. Amazing people, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ive been traveling extensively, especially prior to the pandemic, so I had the chance to stay in a variety of hotels. Usually five stars and highend accommodations. And my encounter at the Casino below horizon was among the nicest so far. First and foremost must things to consider if you wish to spend your days feeling special and at home in a lovely hotel with outstanding service. The casino below horizon is the one! Without a doubt! With all the safety controls put in place I felt extremely safe. Without a doubt, they have the finest team ever. Overall! Big thanks to the hotel's general manager, Jessica Pascal. They have a talented team that is very committed to making the guests feel at home. Everything is perfect in terms of food, drinks, and room service! One of the best breakfasts is available. In their wonderful restaurant, crafted. I had the chance to visit casinos in other cities like Sao Paulo, Boavista, Rio de Janeiro, Puta, and I have to say that below horizon went above and beyond to meet all of my family's needs. In general, simply fantastic! I want to express my gratitude to everyone that made my stay so pleasant and unforgettable.
