We arrived on January with and were placed in a room very far from the reception. Everything was rusted, from door knobs to toilet and safe to balcony rails. The room had floor tiles all broken and open and it was very dirty. Very old school with no channels. No wi fi, no phone in the room. They have a teleferico that takes you to the beach, and when you get there, nothing! No beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas. The parking lot is very busy and dark and dirt road. No light! The hotel has a beautiful view and is in the middle of the mountain, not their fault. The manager was a gentleman, polite and heard all our complaints, so even recognizing that that was not his fault, the hotel is in a good condition. He heard our complaint and changed our room to a much better one. That was good, but still a hotel it is worst than motel road hotels. zero stars. Breakfast is basic and the omelet station was closed until almost am. Im vegetarian so no food. The pool was also closed until almost am. They were cleaning. What? The sun was very hot and the pool was not

The nicest hotel and the nicest view room is large and very clean internet. The breakfast is the feast of gods and the staff are very kind, from reception desk to restaurant to pool bar to manager renata they made our stay special. The only thing I would recommend is adding some Brazilian art to make it a little more colourful thank you once more.

It's a really good hotel with great service. The pool needs improvement but still it's good because it has an artificial waterfall. The hotel has a cable car that brings us to the beatch. It has entertainment for children. The food is very good. The rooms are modernized and very comfortable. One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in.
