On a birding expedition, we decided to stay at this motel. This is the first time ever that we have stayed at another hotel. The location is on the Izquierd River. The hotel has a basic yet clean room. Comparative to other hotels we've stayed at in the area and other places, the food was of average quality. The boats on the Izquierd River were fine. The capybara grazes on the lawn. The cascara is fed scraps from the meal and goes to the terrace to eat! There appears to be another location nearby, the agenda Santa Thereza, which is under the same administration and offers a little more comfort.

The mato grass hotel in San Tanana was superb. All the animals in the Mato grass have such a wonderful location. The view from the bridge is incredible. The cowboys herding their cattle on the bridge. Or take in the stunning sunset from the river. On the boat rides, we saw some of the most diverse varieties of kingfishers, blue herons, and yagami herons. A delightful way to end a 10 day tour of Santorini. I would love to return. Both to Santorina!. A lovely place to end a 10-day visit to Santorini. Lovely location. Comfortable, roomy rooms with hot showers and hammocks, a swimming pool, and delicious cuisine. A hospitable owner.

This hotel survives as a transit stop for travelers who are traveling to Santo Domingo more. Without a competition, it can survive with mediocre lodging and meals that have not even coffee in it. Without a doubt, the worst cuisine of any lodge in Santana. The Hotel Santana Mato Gross is in severe need of repair and maintenance. There is no glass on the main window and there is no means to keep in the 100 degree air from the outside. A very large gap between the door and the frame made it extremely simple for mosquitoes to enter the room at night. Small 110 vac air conditioner that is inadequate and would not function well even if the room was not open to the outside air. Our room had intact windows for most of our stay at the hotel. The TV is an old cut 14 inch, fixed 7 feet off the floor and only 7 feet off the wall behind the beds, so you can't sit in bed and lean back against a pillow. We ended up putting our luggage back to the back of the bed as there was a double bet the protruding headboard in our room. There isn't a desk or a clock in the room, and there is no one to borrow for guests. A small room safe isn't even a small one for passports and cash. The restroom is like the scene of a

The santana mato gross hotel is directly on the Rio Pixie, so using one of their boats and drivers, you can do excellent wildlife viewing. The hotel's onsite grounds are also home to a lot of bird life. The beds are a little hard, but the staff is welcoming and the food is excellent.
