A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é ótimo, o ponto menos favorável que eu achei foi o restaurante só oferecer o café da manhã, ficando almoço e janta por conta de comida pré-cozida como lasanha por exemplo. Nada de tão ruim assim pois existem diversas opções de restaurantes próximos pois é muito bem localizado.

Gostei muito do hotel, do atendimento, mas a camareira trocou a roupa de cama e toalha, no quarto tem um aviso sobre economia de água. Não adianta o hóspede ter a consciência sobre sustentabilidade, mas os colaboradores não tem treinamento ou responsabilidade ambiental. Não existe conformidade entre a política e valor da empresa x colaborador.

O hotel possui um grande estacionamento interno, sendo assim bastante seguro! Os atendentes são bastante prestativos, o café da manhã é muito bom considerando o valor pago da diária! A condição geral do hotel é fantástica, de alto nível mesmo se tratando de um IBIS que tem conceito de hotel econômico.

I love the ibis concept, good basic service, all needs addressed, compact but practical rooms with everything needed to be functional. I totally understand the low cost structure and the absence of room service, so as to lower costs and pass the savings on to customers. But, this doesn't mean that when the shower is leaking, and the room is in a leaky condition, that it will push the problem forward the next day, until repairs have been done, certain things need to be taken care of right away even within the low cost structure, therefore, even with the warm welcome and generally good service, I believe it should have been handled differently.

I really like the atmosphere in this hotel. With the attention of the staff and manager Camila, they are really committed to the guests' welfare and prepared to solve any issues as quickly as possible. The good thing about this hotel is that the gym is free for guests and the equipment is brand new. The regional breakfast is also good.

It was the ideal hotel for business travelers! Although a little tiny, the room was tidy and cozy. But if you're seeking a bed, a place to shower before moving on, this is your best option! Wonderful price and a tiny bar. The food is mostly prepackaged and the restaurant is rarely open. I'd suggest going out for brunch or dinner. They were very welcoming and liked my stay. I appreciate it!.
