Our stay was definitely inexpensive. However, based on the photos, which depict a lovely structure in front of a beautiful pond, it did not live up to our expectations. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and a few spoke good English. It's such a shame the hotel itself was a disappointment. The elevator wasn't working, the room's furnishings were awful, and the place certainly needs to be renovated. There were small insects all over our sink.

The hotel is tidy, comfortable, and has helpful employees. It was nice to have front desk staff that spoke Spanish and English fluently after visiting several Brazilian cities. They were quite accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were clean and not overly luxurious but provided all the comforts and necessities required. There wasnt too much street noise, and the beds were comfortable. There were numerous options for the complimentary breakfast, and the supper buffet was just as excellent. The airport is about a 2030 minute drive away from the bus station. Wi-Fi is sometimes unstable.

The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful. And then, the room was old and spacious. After that, the bed was covered with sheets originally meant for a single bed. Subsequently, they need to do some repairs and renovations to keep it up to date.
