I stayed with my family for 2 days and we had a great time. The room was clean and well kept, the service was great, and the location was great. Swimming pool facilities are very good and nice view. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was very clean. The receptionist was nice. He was working a night shift and he was a very nice guy. My girl only speaks English and we ordered some food and he recorded our question on google translator and pleaded it over the phone and we had many more wonderful experiences with him.

Very satisfactory service, the sea view was a plus. The condition of the hotel is clean. The beach service is nice. Beachgoers throw dirt at Sandra, which the city cleaners have managed to bring about. But then, come back again!

When you choose this hotel, you will have the best of Guadalajara in one place. Excellent service, a great breakfast that is individualized made for each guest, full service to bring beach towels, chairs, and shade to your spot, a beautiful swimming pool, a sauna, a lobby, and many more. The only negative aspect is the very limited channels on the internet. But we had good wifi and preferred to spend our time on the beach.
