Overall, you receive what you pay for. The hotel is excellent for its affordable cost. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner are both good, however, there is a rather strange rule that requires you to pay more money to drink water at supper. However, breakfast is complimentary. It was a little irritating. The space is big and cozy. We booked two rooms for five people, but we were unhappy that we were placed on different buildings, so we had to go for a walk to see each other. Because the main reception was in another building, which was a five-minute walk from ours, we had to take the route from there on the last day from the taxi driver.

Where do I begin? I made this reservation via Bookings. Com. In the images, the location seemed nice, the price hoped for, and seemed in a good location. The place was advertised as 4 star and had a pool and spa. We were not allowed to park and were directed to another location with a lot of space in front of the building upon arrival. Reception found to be in a completely different building from where our rooms were. Found our rooms eventually in a bath that I had specifically requested. We knew nothing about the pool, but there are no amenities or luxuries provided unless you pay. Ok, okay, then agreed to pay only to be informed that the pool does not even provide a robe. A guy at reception allowed himself to be rude to my mother, and when I tried to rationalize, everyone passed the blame and claiming it was a private apartment I had reserved. On the booking website, it didn't say it there. At least getting pool use wasn't cheap. Disgraceful and unacceptably uneducated staff. One suggestion: go to Pavorovo! The restaurant is excellent, the slopes are adjacent, and the center is right outside your doorstep. Just a picture of another nearby hotel.

Our fourth visit to Bovets was wonderful. Last time there was the Rita. We reserved 2 family studios. They took us next door to our friends, making our already roomy rooms feel even larger. My brother was at the main Flora Hotel, but despite being nice, his room was very small by comparison to having only a shower. Flora daisy was excellent in every way. Due to our very challenging flight times, the hotel employees went above and beyond to make us comfortable at both ends of our stay, even giving us all a tiny sandwich bag as we checked out at 1 am. The cuisine was nice, with plenty of fruit, excellent salads, and fresh pancakes. The rita does not have a wide selection, but with less variety it was superior. We were unable to order wine or beer with supper, which was probably a good thing! towels were changed regularly, and everything was clean. Everyone enjoyed a bath with a shower. Ski depots ski slopes are very conveniently located. It is a wonderful value.

We had a few negative comments because the flora daisy reviews weren't frequently posted on here, but our 2 bed 2 bath apartment 19 was huge, spotless, and lovely with a view of the slopes, and it was easily accessible by walk to the chair lifts. Every day was cleaned with fresh linen, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, and gorgeous bathrooms. For the size of the restaurant, half board meals were simple and adequate, there is nothing negative to say about them. We would highly recommend it if you're considering it.
