This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave

Great selection of quality food for the breakfast and dinner buffet. Very courteous staff and wonderful service. A lot of spa activities. However most of the spa staff can’t do proper massage. I had the worst reflexology- pretty much it was just spreading the oil on my feet. Only Angel is worth booking.

Perfect place to stay for relax and spa. The range of spa facilities is great, the pool is very clean and the staff is very friendly.The location is great - close to a pine forest which makes air fresh, especially in the nights.

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο για ξεκούραση.Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ευρύχωρο.Το σπα πλήρες και καθαρο.Το φαγητό πολυ καλό και ο μπουφές πλήρες και ποιοτικός.Στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου υπήρχε επίσης παιδότοπος, κομμωτήριο,είδη δώρων και ηλεκτρονικα παιχνίδια.

The stay in hotel Arte was wonderful! The service is great, always with a smile. The food is delicious and fresh. The pools are great for adults as well as for small children. There are a lot of facilities and activities for small children. Best hotel ever! I will come back in the future!

This was the first time I stayed in Velingrad. Everything was nice and the room was set to not disturb, I don't know how they clean. There was no coffee maker in the room, which is strange. The bedsheets were clean. But I don't feel like I am at a 5-star hotel. I suggest it.

Everything here is worthwhile. The alpine-style hotel's architecture, chic interior made of natural materials, mineral water, excellent meals, and service. You will forget everyday business and indulge in the no-time spa zone. You can take a deep breath in the aroma sauna or steam bath, or unwind in one of the 3 hot mineral pools while enjoying the beautiful ropa mountain nature and fresh air. Pleasant, elegant apartments that deliver luxury and comfort. Everything is made with consideration for detail. Sleeping accommodations with large balconies and comfortable mattresses. Very tidy. The very competent staff is a major driver of that comfort because they know what you need even before you need it and are always ready to help. Chefs attend to the buffet. You can try delicious local goat cheese as well as a vast selection of French cheese. a ton of main courses and desserts. Location of your vacation in Velirad.

What an amazing spa hotel in the mountains in Velingrad, the bulgarian spa capital! Excellent facilities and location, excellent mineral pools, excellent food and service, and a totally customer-focused, professional management and service staff! Since 2017, we've been coming back often.

All Americans visiting Bulgaria, I would love to visit here. They treated my family wonderful, the massages were fantastic, and the hammam was one of the best I had ever in Europe, the pools were fantastic indoors, and they had everything for everyone. Customer service is fantastic and English is not a problem if you don't speak Bulgarian.

The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. The staff is excellent, even though some of them do not speak English. The chef of food and beverages, Remy, went out of her way to accommodate our special needs and did so with such care and commitment to her profession.
