I highly recommend the Hotel Conessa in human Bulgaria. Staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. very nice decoration and reproductions of a list. It is a quiet and peaceful place. The breakfast is delicious. Very good location.

The good thing about this hotel is the restaurant that serves delicious food, also the cleanliness is good, especially for the bed, and the location is close to the center. Also, the customer service is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street so it is not noisy. The staff was kind and nice. And finally the room was cozy and clean. And then, the breakfast itself was excellent.

Contessa is a little hotel, so you cant expect a ton of options, activities, or exotic or special offers. It is a simple hotel with everything a basic hotel needs. Its clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Its not far from the city center. The food is really good. I have tried breakfast, dinner and lunch as well. The only thing I thought was lacking was the usual buffet breakfast, but the typical eggthemed hotel breakfast from their kitchen is perfectly okay. Basic and decent overall.
