I sincerely wanted to enjoy this hotel. Actually, I was. It is fascinating in terms of architectural merit. The accommodations are cozy and well-furnished. The spa area seems excellent. A few of the personnel are interested in the customer. The restaurant's cuisine is excellent, despite being variable in the way it serves guests. Yet there were some glaring failings that let this motel down. The first and worst was the hotel's poor housekeeping or lack thereof. No beds provided. The bathrooms are not cleaned. Anyone entering room 3001 turns on the shower for a minute, and my messages are reflected on the glass. Then there was the vending for toilet paper. These were limited to a half roll per night for some insane reason. I escaped and obtained toilet paper in the cleaning cabinet? For a 4-star hotel? For a few days, dirty plates and cups were left out of the hallways. We were introduced to one plate and cup. Although the spa area was wonderful, there was seldom anyone there. We passed by, shouting and opening doors only to discover ourselves alone. This could be a fantastic hotel, but unfortunately, it isn't and won't be until management performs a customer evaluation.

This hotel is a place I've been staying for almost 7 years, and I've never thought of writing a review about it. I believe this because I really feel the hotel as my own home! But it's, the hotel is perfect! It is on Sofia's ring road and is easily accessible to all nearby malls if you travel by car. The spa is currently unavailable due to safety measures, but I remember the spa pool, jacuzzi, and massage before the pandemic. One of the highlights of my visit to the hotel. The rooms are roomy, spotless, and contemporary. There are two wings, one old and one new wing. The second has a larger room, and both wings have excellent amenities. The breakfast is excellent, served as a buffet on top of the hotel floor with a wonderful view of the Vikosha Mountain. At least for me, the food is the best I've ever had in a hotel. The coffee is also of high caliber. The hotel has a private garage and outside parking, which is both useful and safe. Despite being on the ring road, the surroundings are peaceful. The overnight stays and sleep there are relaxing and great chargers for my batteries. The staff is gracious and helpful, and the managers are also very kind. I would heartily suggest this location to everyone!.
