Exceptional spa and a lovely service. Everything is designed to make one's stay comfortable and beneficial for their health and well-being. The carpets needs refreshing, which is my only recommendation.

Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. The buffet meals had a fantastic selection and plenty of it! Tea and coffee was freely available at breakfast as well as juices and water. All the staff were friendly and the restaurant staff were exceptional. There is a walkway that leads directly onto the beach so no crossing the road! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The benefits are the perfect and very quiet location of the hotel, every room has a large terrace with sea views, and the location is ideal for easy access to the beach via a small bridge right outside the hotel itself. The food is great and varied, the apartments are large, the cleaning is good, there is parking, the rooms are good separated, there are several pools and various spa facilities to use, but not so good things are the furnishings in the apartments could be better in the refurbishment, there are many cats in the garden of the restaurant running around the tables, it's not clean, the spa zone smells bad during some days. But there, I had a wonderful summer at seaside experience.

The bad breakfast was fine but need improvement. Bathroom and room need renovation. Too small for the big room. Furniture is old and needs to be replaced. Saunas weren't all functional. Sunbeds are old and not working properly. The front desk clerk was busy checking the room with cleaning services at the check-out rather than speeding the check-in process. I waited 15 minutes for check-out so we paid for the room at check-in. The hotel does not meet the requirements for a five-star hotel. The good room was spacious and clean. The balcony was clean and offered a view of the black sea. Wifi was excellent. International channels on satellite. Both inside and outside pools were excellent. Saunas were alright. Rain walk and showers with cold and warm water at once bothered me to a great time. Bridge link to the beach is incredible.

Ill undoubtedly return!. We stayed at the magnificent hotel pootie for ten days. I arrived expecting a typical massage on the first day, but this massage was nothing special. Within the first two minutes, I knew I was in excellent hands. Petra Dancheva was incredibly competent at figuring out what pressure to use and where my problem spots were without even telling her. She was attentive and her hands are magical, giving me a wonderful massage each time. She would win over all the others because she is a great choice. I only purchased the 4-star package and ended up taking 10 of them, and I'm thrilled I did. Petra, thank you so much for her hardworking and friendly conduct. You assisted me in getting better.

Inte så många som kunde engelska… svårt att kommunicera, kunde tänka mer på basala hygienrutiner när det gällde rummet, badet , köket/maten. Bättre städning hade jag önskat mig samt bättre service för att det annars var ett väldigt fint ställe och prisvärd resa…

The hotel needs improvements , customer service was great, specially in restaurant. Thank you to Ani, Valentine and others cooks and servers. Please forgive me for the names. Evenings and lunches, restaurant do not provide tap water to customers. We must to buy bottled water in plastics if we are trusty and this situation was very disappointing to us. The problem was that not choice to buy a glass bottle water. The food taste was great and there was good choice, but nothing like last year and previous years before. Overall, was not so bad, but nothing like before. Thank to people who works there very hard.

It seems at one point this was really a 5* hotel. However, it has been run down. Yet, great location, nice breakfast, staff is super friendly, polite, helpful. Has little parking on site, the rest is offsite. Because of the overall condition of the room I do not think it is worth the 141€/nigh for the smallest room.
