Hotel Bozhentsi was excellent. I would highly suggest it. The service was perfect, the rooms were spotless, the pool was spotless, and the amenities were wonderful. Many thanks to every member of the staff for preparing for our special day for a wonderful wedding. In general, the location is excellent for walking into Bozhentsi village, and Gabrovo is no more than fifteen minutes by car. And contrary to common expectations at least my preconceived notions, the roads are simple to navigate.

I would suggest this hotel to anyone planning a night's stay in the area. With my family, I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel appears extremely nice inside and out. They have made a great deal of money to build the stunning hotel structure, public areas, and guest rooms. Everything is constructed using premium materials and decor. The hotel lobby is charming and welcoming, the restaurant is pleasant, and the double room is spacious enough. The guest room and the indoor pool were particularly well-heated in the hotel. Even though there isn't a small bar, they are happy to have a bottle of mineral water available in the room. On our second day, I was quite astonished by the hotel's cleanliness. The only thing they did was remove the trash. They didn't even order the linens or towels. I've traveled extensively in Bulgaria and with vessels, but I've never seen a room so devoid of detail. Some of the public spaces, such as the outdoor playground and pool area, also didn't have sufficient maintenance. Except for the unheard of waiters in their different outfit, they organized a special dinner for the conference attendees in the same restaurant and at the same time with the other visitors. It was a loud do party that bore the other guests, and nobody even offered any compensation for the inconvenience. The hotel's position isn't

Great wedding venue All guests loved their rooms with balconies. Staff was very obliging, fantastic outdoor area for civil ceremony, amazing food, attractive swimming pool and a stroll from the charming village of Buzestan.

The location and amenities of this hotel are the best aspects. It is near him from Bozhentsi, which makes it close enough and secluded. Rooms are spacious, and you must request a room with a view of the stunning forest bbd. The hotel's atmosphere is extremely warm and comfy. Both inside and outside, there is an indoor pool with a sunbed near the children's playground. It is unfortunate that such a fantastic location is filled with impractical and unprofessional employees. We've been there at least three times, and it keeps getting worse every time. When we last visited, they began using their attitude even before checking and attempting to convince us not to utilize a service we had paid for because they did not want to work. If everyone had been like him, this would have been the ideal hotel.
