It was okay not terribly good we were there for 7 days, Wi-Fi in the lobby was very bad, breakfast was very good, but not in the lobby. Room technicians were very good and if you report the problem, they do it right, but they have good breakfast near the poor, and I was satisfied.

Overall, I was pleased with the money I spent and would suggest this hotel to others. I just got back from a 10-day visit at the Petunia Hotel with my 8-year-old son. We had a fantastic experience and found the hotel to be extremely close to everything you need to do in golden sands, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants, shops and nightclubs. We even strolled to the water park. I was pleased that considering the location, it wasn't noisy at all at night. The pool isn't huge but enough for me and my son, and there are plenty of lounge chairs available, though if you enjoy the sun like I do, you have to switch a few times to get the ones in the sun. The sun also goes behind the hotel as well, making the pool completely shaded. But luckily our balcony faced the front of the hotel, so we could get some sunshine after 5 p.m. The room was clean and tidy. We only reserved a bed and breakfast, which was a buffet and was fine for us both with a wide variety of hot, cold, cereal, pancakes, etc. The staff was fine, though I would advise that all customers need customer service training. I liked the excellent cleaning, the pleasant and cheerful staff, and the awesome pool for the kids to play in the nice weather and the wonderful city to party with. I enjoyed my day at the beach and it was so relaxing.

Overall, it's a decent 3 star hotel at a reasonable price for me. I haven't been to Bulgaria in a while, and I have largely stayed in three-star hotels, so I'm aware of what I'm talking about when I review this motel. One of the largest flaws was room service. Not only was the room cleaned rarely, but also partially. In addition, I heard some visitors say their room was cleaned very well, in time, and almost every day. As previously mentioned, the pool lifeguard was sunbathing and roaming around the lobby area, listening music on his phone, and paying little attention to the pool area. These were the only flaws I encountered during my visit in Petunia. The cuisine was excellent and tasty, and the food options were appropriate every day. The personnel, particularly the receptionists and the lobby bar employees, were courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The restaurant area personnel performed a lot of cleaning the dishes and fulfilling their duties. We had an apartment room, and it had everything you could hope for from a three-star hotel. The lobby bar offered really good cocktails and alcohol, but it was unfortunate that it was closing at 10.30 am.
