Amazing service at an affordable price, with friendly and cheerful staff. We arrived unprepared and found everything we needed in our room, including a lovely view. Compared to other spas I've stayed in, the Spa Center is amazing. Overall, a pleasant experience. I'd definitely recommend this to friends.

When reading the reviews, my girlfriend and I were a little unsure. Fortunately, it exceeded our expectations. The spa center was excellent compared to hotels where I've paid twice as much to stay. The rooms were tidy and modern. The hotel was a terrific starting point for exploring some of the most stunning locations in Bulgaria, which we chose because of its convenient location. If a man chooses to visit the hotel, he should avoid many locations in the vicinity. All of the places we visited, including the seven rita lakes, the rita monastery, and the Ovcharski waterfall, were well worth visiting. After a day of sightseeing, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the spa region. I believe the welcoming staff contributed to the fantastic vacation. They warned us about locations we would have missed otherwise. The entry door may be a highlight, as it doesn't match the modern experience we had at the front desk, rooms, and spa center.

My experience in this place is very good. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even though my plans changed. Plus, it is also very worth the money. The spa was unusable, and the water in the main pool was cold.

I'm glad we stayed here. We stayed in a standard room which has been renovated. The staff is very courteous, especially the lady who works at the restaurant. We had dinner there and the food was delicious. The pool water was very cold, breakfast was very basic and the bathroom did not have hot water at night.

I will definitely stay again in this place. I brought my dog with me. You can also relax in the spa without any hassle. Excellent service from all the staff. Good location. There is a parking space here. I was very satisfied with my stay with my partner. 1110.
