The hotel is very clean, as is the room. The spa area downstairs is clean and well-maintained. The small pool is only big enough, and the jacuzzi is amazing. The view of the mountains below our room, room number 202, was nice. Also in the room were our companions, who were next door. The bathroom in the room was comfortable. Showerrobes and slippers are available, as well as the common amenities. The personnel takes good care of you. Any minor defect or small flaw in one of the balcony chair is quickly and lovely fixed. The little lobby bar area has a great open fire and nice beers and coffees. a nice place to be. We advise you to bring your room a small travel kettle because these are not available.

Good luck. Although the hotel is small, it is clean and cozy. Despite my visit in December, the rooms were cozy. Although the balconies are fairly small, the hotel's left side has a beautiful view. The restaurant is located at the bottom of the hotel. It has wooden furniture and a fireplace. There were many options for brunch. The staff was helpful and pleasant, though they don't speak well English.

There are many rooms with balconies overlooking the city. The breakfast room in the basement and restaurant are both cozy as is the small lobby with a fireplace. We were there in the autumn and winter to enhance its cozy atmosphere. My only minor complaint was that the bedside lamps were too low to allow reading before falling asleep.

Friendly staff always smiling. Despite the 1 hour massage it was perfect too, the spa was clean and at the right temperature even though we didn't try the hammer the comments I've heard were great.

Stayed in September 2014 with my husband and 5 other people. All our rooms were nice, clean and had balconies. The staff was very accommodating to our schedule. The breakfast buffet was open early so we could make our meetings on time. Hope to visit again for pleasure rather than business.
