The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well located in the town park. The rooms are spacious and everything is good. The only issue is the service, with one of the lady valerias at the reception who was extremely rude, unkind and hateful to all our erasmus. A positive feedback for Anna Maria who was really nice and kind to students and teachers. A suggestion for the direction and contact with the customs is really important for your job, so be careful because the structure doesn't deserve such incidents.

The breakfast experience was incredibly disappointing. Lovely, roomy, spotless, and well-equipped room in a decent location. It's simple to park. A special button for people with disabilities is in the bedroom and an accessible lift. The front desk personnel is helpful. However, the goat's cheese was not grilled and I wouldn't suggest it for lunch at the bar. Excellent, affordable beverages, and courteous bar personnel. The breakfast area, which does not always have an open roof and allows people to smoke there, is the biggest downside. We sat in the lobby bar for brunch, but a waiter asked us to move in since lunch was laid. My husband refused because he cannot sit in a room with smokers because he has asthma and a cold. They were smoking there. When my husband refused to move, the waiter allowed us to remain where we were. We also pre-ordered the breakfast, which included items, including cheese.

I always pick this hotel when visiting this area. The staff is very attentive and incredibly helpful. There is a restaurant where you can get a wide selection of delicious food. We had an issue with the food at the restaurant, but the staff was very friendly to try to fix it. And, the location is also fantastic.
