This hotel is excellent by Bulgarian standards. The hotel is close to a park where you can enjoy walking. And the rooms are very clean and well maintained.

I was a guest here for Christmas. The hotel is outdated with filthy carpets and uncomfy beds. There is a tiny indoor swimming pool that is more than overcrowded and I didn't try to use the rest of the facilities. If you are preparing for a spa weekend, look elsewhere. The kind and helpful employees, the excellent wifi signal, and the great warmth of the hotel were positive aspects. It is close to the lake, but far from the downtown area. Overall I would not recommend or return there.

While we couldn't take advantage of the open pool because we were there at the beginning of March, we did unquestionably enjoy practically everything else. The flat-screen and a large, cozy bed were installed in the tidy and contemporary rooms. The restroom, which is a major flaw in a lot of hotels, was also spotless, with no indications of mildew or grime in the corners. Everything worked in perfect order. Without making unusual noises that interfered with our sleep, the air conditioner was capable of heating the space. The food was delicious and varied, using traditional and inventive approaches, making us feel at home. These tiny details, which included serving skee soup and chilly peppers at dinner, cutting the tomatoes in little peace, and not as most hotels do in four, as most hotels do in four as if they were meant for a pig, also made a very good impression. The spa was tidy and pleasant. The steam bath was one of our favorites. The mattresses could be renewed, however, there are downsides, which may be tolerable during peak occupancy hours when all of the rooms are fully booked. The spa area, which is unquestionably well designed but a little too small for taking in all the visitors at once, tends to become too cozy. Despite the fact that it was impressive, we did not think it was too unsettling. Because

I came back with my family from spa hotel Kleptuza. I was pleased by the hotel and everything they offered. Quality of the food was ok. If compare other 4 stars in the area, maybe you get a better hotel, but great price quality ratio. I recommend this for families with children.
