Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb.

I do not anticipate luxury here. The hotel is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but let me say that this place is not a luxury resort. The rooms are ok, a bit worn. Yet, the rooms have a nice view of the rhode mountains. The meals and breakfast are terrible and remind me more of a 2-star hotel than a 5 star hotel. The hotel is understaffed. They have a good spa, which is run by two people, but there is no receptionist. There is a bar on the roof of the first floor, but it is currently closed. The lobby bar had no bartender. There is no alcohol option once the restaurant is closed, except room service. The main hotel restaurant offers mediocre meals served in a buffet fashion. During the night I ate there, the dishes varied frequently. Some of the dishes were terrible pizza, spaghetti with a tomato sauce, burned kebabs on sticks, and meatballs. The waiters were not courteous at all, and you had to ask for help. The outdoor swimming pool and two jacuzzi are the best locations. There is a lovely pool bar there. If you are looking for peace and quiet but don't expect any luxury, this is a calm place.

A decent three-star hotel generally in a worn out state. Rooms were not clean properly, food was fine, pool area was small and overcrowded, there was not enough staff in the overcrowded dining room, the balcony was very small, there were no chairs, don't book if you want 5 stars, book 3 stars if you want 1 star.

The hotel is nice, but the hotel is 4 star and not really 5 star, need to be kept better, the food is delicious but not 5 star quality. The hotel is nice if you are traveling with children, they have a nice lady to play with kids, during dinner recommend it.

This place does not require much maintenance. This place is very clean and the food and accommodation are really nice. The evening animation is quite entertaining for the kids. At the outdoor pool, there is a sport animation for adults. This place has a beautiful restaurant garden with a lunch buffet be cautious of wasps!

The staff is very kind, the food is very tasty (excellent cooks)! The spa facilities and pool were big and enjoyable, we did not have too many people during our stay so there was plenty of space. The rooms are also big enough and comfortable. On the down side, the lighting is weak in the corridors/halls/ main area, which reduces the comfort and gives an impression of cost cutting.

Но лучше бронировать комнаты с видом на внутренний двор, так как с обратной стороны отеля проходит дорога, по которой иногда ездят большегрузные машины. Брали этот отель только ради физио процедур. В этом плане все понравилось. Ужины были полноценные с большим выбором, а завтраки так себе, можно было бы сделать и побольше выбора, например, гарниров на было никаких вообще. Два крытых бассейна для такого большого отеля не очень много. Сауны были еле тёплые. Питьевая вода возле бассейнов только за деньги. Брали несколько номеров. В номерах, что выходят на внутренний двор, было солнечно и тепло. А в номере, что выходит на дорогу, холодно. Пришлось просить переносной радиатор, так как воздух с общей системы кондиционирования дул еле тёплый.

the hotel is overall ok, the spa facilities are small but convenient especially the kids pool. additionally the kids club has a very nice program and the girls there are enternaining the children all the time which gives a little free time for the parents.
