My husband and I stayed at this hotel on sunny beach for the first time, what a delightful surprise we were told they had upgraded us. It was a spectacular enormous room with views of the pool and ocean, with everything you could possibly need, including toiletries, coffee, and a kettle. A complimentary bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit were waiting for us. We travelled he, and are happy that we did. The food was good, and the waiters were quite friendly. The towels and sheets were changed frequently, and the bed was very comfortable. If I had one complaint, it would be the bath. It was very high at 8 feet tall, so I had a job to enter and exit. The bath was very slippery so I asked for a bath mat to put in, and they extremely kindly fixed me up with one. Nothing was too much difficulty for them, very helpful. There was also a large separate shower, but I prefer a bath. We were on d 415, so we were on the second week and there was plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, which was delightful. There are three outside pools and one inside. We enjoyed walking around in the evening to see what else was going on. The service was so bad. The first day, it was so chaotic. And then, they did not provide a toilet for the kids to use when they were in the pool. After that, there are so many sunbeds in the pool. Subsequently, the pool area was okay. The last one was, the employees were the rudest and least insightful people I'd ever met. Aside from that, the bed sheets were covered with yellow stains. Besides that, the room was nice and big with all the facilities.

I recently returned. I have a 1 bedroom apartment with the code 29. The apartment is large, has a balcony and a front and back, and is spotlessly clean throughout the entire structure. Linen and towels are changed every 3 days, a supermarket is 2 minutes away, and a beach is 10 minutes away. The staff is always smiling and courteous. The entire building is immaculate, with every detail covered, except for the iron, ironing board, toaster, microwave, kettle, 2 electric jobs, refrigerator, washing machine, and a ton of plates, dishes, and cutlery.

A family of four, two adults, and two younger children aged 14 and 9, remained in a block of apartments across from Julia Apartments. One bedroom double bedroom bathroom with a large waking shower, sink, and toilet. Toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and towels are included in the standard toilet roll. Two electric hob rings were present in the kitchen area, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, and oven with a grill and washing machine. A lot of extremely hot water. A teapot, kettle, and a percolator coffee maker. Okay, so a mixture of plates, cutlery, glasses, and cooking pots and utensils, but it's roughly all you need. Although we routinely disinfect touch surfaces like handles, light switches, we always disinfect touch surfaces, such as handles and switches, but the apartment was clean. Every day, a maid came in to sweep and replace the trash, and towels were changed every three days. Three single beds in the living area, a table, and four chairs to eat from.
