I really enjoyed the different rooms very clean and modern. The whole experience was amazing. Thank you very much, and it is well done. This is the best place we are staying. Thanks Roberto for being a friend, helpful, nice, and professional. Your boys are very lucky to have such a caring person as you and we are fortunate to meet and leave as friends. The pool is perfect, we are happy that it is indoor so we don't have to burn in the sun. The food is very good and we also enjoyed our time at the gym. Overall, it was a really great experience. We will be back soon.

Unforgettable vacation, never forget the owner herself delivering the breakfast in the morning. A friend came to visit and had a bottle of wine with the owner. A small property with a great size room, a swimming pool, and a fitness gym included.

The property is still not clearly visible. When I emailed them, I set up a 6-$ 6 pickup at the airport from a tub driver who knows where the building is. The following guides and tub drivers have all located it from the address. The owner, a lovely italian named Roberta, and Dara, a local man who speaks excellent English, who I believe is Roberts right hand man, are both very kind and pleasant. Dara drove me through a map to find some of the places I wanted to look for, such as grocery stores and restaurants. They have 4 spacious rooms, each individually and skillfully furnished, as well as an outstanding modern bathroom in our unit and certainly in others. Excellent air conditioning. Anyone staying here has access to a pool and a gym. A really decent breakfast is included. When we return to appear reap, we'll stay here once more.

,,tub 5 very lovely and clean room in this hotel, small boutique hotel but big room inside. The bed is very comfortable and the owner is very kind.

We were at room 45 in the wood room because we had a late flight and got there at 10 pm. The shower was fine, however, there were occasionally issues with hot water and pressure. Extra pillows would have been beneficial because the bed was pleasant and very soft. We found it difficult to sleep because the walls were thin and there was music playing and a loud motor running next door at 6 am on our last morning. Wifi was on and off. When arriving late, we were brought straight to our room and were not properly checked in or shown around, so we werent sure where the reception was. The proprietor promised to provide more information in the morning as well as the inhouse tub driver, but we never saw her again for the remainder of our stay. Our room had not been cleaned for the first two days and we were unable to locate any staff to attempt to contact housekeeping, so we were forced to use damp towels. One evening, we finally discovered the staff inside an office who was still not sure if this was the hotels reception area and asked them to replace the towels. The breakfast was acceptable, but the staff would stand beside us while we were eating, making me feel sick. It was quite awkward and uncomfortable because we were tired from our lack of sleep the previous two days. Although some of the hotels were hard to find, the price 35 was competitive compared to others at seem reap, but we would have received better service elsewhere
