The hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean, nice, and of a decent size, with helpful staff making it incredibly convenient. Its also conveniently located! However, at the end of our stay, we were charged extra for broken normal glass 4.5 usd. Okay, so its not advisable to pay, but no one informed us that we would be charged for it. If i had known ill buy glass myself for 0.5 us$ at an adjacent store, if ive been buying it myself, then the positive feedback has vanished in second how we have been treated at this point and no person informed me of the additional charge. When the glass was replaced, people said no worries, which left me feeling pleasantly disappointed.

I would suggest this location. This hotel had everything you could possibly need, including the rooms and the extra assistance at the front desk.

My grandparents stayed there for two nights. When i went to visit my grandparents at night, he asked the staff if they had a white siang pure balm for them because they werent feeling well. And besides that, im very grateful for the stuff despite his assurances that unless ill have it and that we will buy it from the store. I also like how the employees always smile whenever ive passed by. Cheers.

The location is good, there is a small pool in the entrance patio of the hotel. And then, the twin room was comfortable with air conditioning, private bathroom, and small fridge. Subsequently, they provide tv facilities for 16 usd per night.

The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet at night. Good location, only 5 minutes walk from pub street, bars and restaurants but far enough away from the madness to sleep well. The pool is small but nice to have a place to dip during the day. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Great value for money, would happily stay here again if i come back to Siem reap.

Perfect location night market around the corner, pub street 5 minutes away, shops and bars right outside, very friendly and polite staff who went out of their way to help where they could. We paid just $10 per night for a large double room with 2 big double beds, air conditioning, mini fridge, large window, bathroom well equipped. Room could be cleaned if needed. I ended up staying an extra 2 nights and wouldnt consider booking anywhere else unless ive come back to Siem reap.

If i returned to Siem leap, ill not look any further. This is a fantastic hotel in an ideal location. I just stayed in hotels for over two months, and this was the cleanest, most comfortable in san francisco area for the price. The staff was also helpful and responsive.

The room was spacious and i really liked the balcony. Nice view and nice small pool. Also a good location if you want to go to angkor wat. I can recommend renting o motorbikes and going alone. The only negative thing is that for some reason (during my stay) every night this girl from next door was singing karaoke until at least 1 am. Not this hotel fault, tho.
