飯店人員服務很好,很熱情協助處理.早餐自助總類雖然沒有很多,但是很好吃. 游泳池是溫水的,很乾淨.房間不錯,可惜不知道是不是我們不太會調整冷氣溫度,調整後還是會很冷.整體來說,是一個不錯的體驗

From the moment we met our driver at the airport, to the point when we entered our hotel room door, we had nothing but great service. The breakfast buffet was superb with a lot of choices for westerners and easterners alike. They also managed a tour to Angkor Wat for us. The price was quite reasonable. My 14 year old son was pleased the moment he saw the lobby of our hotel. Definitely want to stay here again!

총 2박을 cabana 룸에서 숙박하였습니다. 나가자 마자 풀장이 있는 그런 풀억세스룸은 아니여서 약간 실망했지만 1층에 객실이 있어 수영장에 다니기는 편하고 좋았습니다. 룸은 깔끔하고 필요한것은 다 있고 좋았지만 모기가 좀 있어서 불편했어요 연락하면 모기 스프레이는 뿌려줍니다. 그래도 있다는게 함정;; 조식도 부족하지 않게 먹을수 있어요. 근데 패키지 관광객들 많아요; 그래서 수영장은 점심때와 밤에 붐빕니다. 주변에는 가까운 식당이나 그런게 없어요 조금 떨어진곳에 현지인들 대상으로 파는 노점이 있긴 해요. 볶음면 맛있게 먹었어요 올드마켓까지 툭툭이가 3달러 불러요. 한10분정도 걸리는 듯 합니다. 툭툭기사님이 Angkor Miracle Reflection Club이라고 말하면 몰라요 그냥 앙코르미라클 호텔 이라고 하면 됩니다.(어차피 같은 호텔 같은 건물;;) 온전히 쉬는것만 목적으로 간 호텔이어서 만족했어요

Albergo stupendo! Ci hanno stra viziati e coccolati in ogni e dove. Ambiente raffinato con bassorilievi e statue che ci sembrava di essere già alla vicina Angkor Wat. Al ristorante si mangia davvero bene / prezzo commisurato. Siamo rimasti in amicizia con l autista che è dipendente dell albergo e che per 3 gg ci ha fatto da chaperon personale spiegando tante cose che vanno ben oltre al fare l autista. E' davvero una persona per bene,mai invasivo o inopportuno. Salviettine bagnate e profumate appena di ritorno dai templi e acqua frescha da frigo sul fuoristrada climatizzato. Davvero non si può chiedere di più. Chiedete di Suthat come autista e non ve ne pentirete. Ora pero' ahime' passiamo alla nota dolente. Il nostro viaggio era composto da un volo A/R da Hanoi per Siem Reap ( noi per motivi di lavoro viviamo ad Hanoi) e il sogg. in albergo.Con l albergo tutto perfetto, il volo un macello. Poco dopo averlo prenotato ci mandano 1a una mail, e poi un altra con "lievi modifiche" all orario di volo (volo Hahn Airways) mai sentiti prima. Per farvela breve 08.15 min da cellulare vietnamita a Expedia Milano in roaming. L operatrice ci dice che il volo di rientro non esiste ed abbiamo dovuto anticipare di 1 GG il rientro. Malincuore accettiamo. Mando una mail a Expedia per inoltrare la cosa all hotel e altre info. Risposta di Expedia: non possono dare info se non si scrive dall e-mail della prenotaz. La ragazza ed io abbiamo lo stesso account. Non vedo dove sia il problema.

Nice PATIO Cabana Club, Access to Pool. Great for families with kids. Room & bed is big enough. Breakfast is ok. Tried the mango tea drink (with fresh mango cubes) at the small lobby cafe, not too sweet, very nice!

Staff muito atencioso, educado e prestativo, café da manhã completo e restaurante muito bom. O quarto é confortável e limpo. O hotel está em ótima localização e utilizamos o concierge para nos auxiliar nos passeios. Enfim, excelente hotel!

The staff were fantastic, the pool was nice and big and had the best kids area I have seen (nice and big and separate from the deeper pool). Was close to the main town and also to Angkor Wat. We did get worried initially as there is a new building being constructed next door and we heard hammering when we first entered our room (so if that worries you ask for a pool view). However that became background noise and there is only noise in the daytime plus they don't use any heavy/ loud machinery.

Excellent resort with a beautiful lobby, restaurants, swimming pool and other facilities. Quite an average neighbourhood, though. So stayed in the resort and did not go for walks. Close to the airport but quiet and relaxing. Worthy recommendation.

After a few nights at a guesthouse closer to the "Old Market" area, and a few weeks throughout Cambodia, my girlfriend and I splurged on four nights at this lovely resort as a 'respite' from Cambodia. The hotel is lovely, the pool facility is wonderful, and the food was great. Although quite expensive by Cambodian standards, its still much cheaper than US and everything we ate and drank was lovely. Best Singapore Slings I've ever had. Breakfast Buffet was impressive and always very fresh. Service went out of its way to make us comfortable. Only a few potential cons: - The hotel is a on the outskirts of the more densely populated Hotel areas of Siem Reap. Its a small city so not a big deal, but it does create a psychological barrier to experiencing town and there is really little if anything that is worth walking to. - They charged me $2.50 to make a 1 minute local call to my preferred ToukTouk driver with whom I had a good relationship. Not only that, they required me to go to the front desk to make said call. That's really out of line on both price and convenience. Bottom line: If you want to feel like you're in Cambodia, don't stay here. If you want to feel like you're in a world class resort, DO stay here.

The hotel is simply beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. After a hot day visiting temples it was always enjoyable to go back to our hotel. I rented a hotel driver and vehicle. The driver had cold water waiting for me and had cool wrapped hand towels on ice. Again, the service was amazing. Would stay here again and recommend anyone to enjoy staying here.

Fantastic hotel, and facility's, you are made very welcome, they have a bed turn down service, and if you are in your room at that time, we were offered local deserts, as well as anything we needed, ie, bottled water, shavers, toothbrushes, extra shampoo etc, at no cost. all the staff had smiles on there face all the time, and would always get the door for you and say good morning, afternoon, evening, they even gave there apologies for my room not being ready even though I arrived way early (10am) I waited 20min and I was aloud early check in.
