格安だったのに高級ホテルのような雰囲気が感じられた。バスタブもある。周辺は繁華街ではないが静かで少し歩くと地元の美味しいお店もあり満足。何よりもアンコールワットから最も近いエリアだったので、朝日を見て一旦ホテルに帰り再度出かけるツアーに参加した際にも移動時間が短く、貴重な時間を過ごせた。朝食もシンプルだがおいしかった。

Ashia is a small hotel very close to everything, from temples to markets, and Pub street being a brief tuktuk ride away. The hotel condition is great, extremely clean and well-designed. Staff are very, very kind, polite and patient. Only a couple of tips: - Revise the breakfast design. There's no need for it to be buffet-style since it's a small hotel, but make it more flexible for people not to get tired! - Mind the training of your staff, especially in the nightshift. Teach them how to solve different problems in an agile manner. Make sure they can communicate effectively in English. - Revise your selection of tuktuk drivers. There's many of them out there who deserve a new opportunity because their vehicles are in excellent condition, they speak English fluently and are knowledgeable and can act as actual tour guides. In any case, a GREAT hotel with staff doing their best to excel at what the ya do. Akon!!!

We stayed here for 5 days and we were very happy. The personal was very lovely, food was good, rooms clean and the price very reasonable for the room. The personal helped us with organising with tuk tuks, transport, attractions, prettty much anything! Very happy with them!

Especially at organizing trips to the ruin complex at very competitive rates. Outside the hotel the rates are far more expensive. Clean spartan rooms, sufficiently comfortable bed though on the hard side. Breakfast a little disappointing...little fruit and margarine for your barely toasted toast. Don’t expect much if offered packed breakfast for sunrise excursions ! Room fridge is a “bit” noisy so I recoment you switch it off while sleeping But all I’m all excellent. They seemed to have only just opened so let’s hope time doesn’t let it get run down and they are able to keep up the standard. Great staff!!

Very helpful staff with ready-made 3 days tour in Siem Reap including the temples and the floating village. Quality of room is great for it's price. 10 mins tuk tuk ride to the pub street, and 10 mins tuk tuk ride to the Angkor temple ticket booth. Facilities are limited so I'll recommend this place for young couples or single travelers!
