Beautiful resort staff very helpful always ready to help with anything that you require. Breakfast was delicious with chefs at many stations. Will definitely stay there again! Pool bar had great cocktails and food was delicious!

Very nice luxury hotel experience. The staff was so welcoming and always helpful, and the property itself was beautiful. The room, the lobby, the pool area, the restaurants, the gym, were all great. I felt very happy to come back after a day of touring. My only disappointment was the tour guide that was provided to us by the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but he had very strong (and controversial) political opinions that he seemed unable to keep from sharing, and this made me kind of uncomfortable. It was the only time where I felt something a little unprofessional from my stay there. Otherwise, the experience was impeccable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Borei Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Andy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with his kindness and exceptional service. The hotel facilities were fantastic. The pool was beautiful and a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the temples, and the gym was very comprehensive. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, making it a great place to unwind. Breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options each morning. We especially appreciated that the hotel prepared a takeaway breakfast for us on request when we left early for a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Siem Reap.

It is a very nice hotel and resort. The pool, hot tub and cold tub were very well maintained and clean. The staff are very helpful and available at all times. The room has all the accessories that one needs and is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there. It is within walking to street foods, grocery store, and local market and within short driving distance to other attractions. Highly recommend.

the best hotel experience we have had in Cambodia We originally booked only a few nights, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we kept extending it again and again. From the moment we arrived, every single member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They even surprised us with a wonderful complimentary room upgrade, which was an incredible gesture that immediately showed us how much they care about their guests. A very special thank you goes to Andy at Reception, who has been absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He has always been kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. We are also deeply grateful to everyone working in the restaurant, the pool bar, housekeeping, the spa, etc. The gym is enormous, The spa and wellness area deserves special. It includes a beautiful hot jacuzzi, a cold plunge, sauna, steam room, showers, and everything is kept spotless. It is an amazing place to relax after a day exploring Siem Reap. The swimming pool is huge, with comfortable sun loungers in a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was exceptional. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the smart controls for lighting and temperature were modern and intuitive. Housekeeping deserves a standing ovation. Every single day our room looked as if we were brand-new guests checking Another detail we truly appreciated was receiving two large one-liter bottles of drinking water every day. The breakfast bufete was incredible. We highly recomend this hotel
