A great accommodation in Phnom Phen! It offers really large apartments, a small pool and gym on the rooftop and a great restaurant at the ground floor. Clean and comfortable, well functional AC. Could have wished for a more fully equipped kitchen as it has limited plates, cutlery and glasses, a couple of more towels for the pool, and some shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. But all in all a perfect stay for a family of four. Easy to get around with tuk-tuks. A plus for having some toys for kids at the reception. Must mention: The restaurant is highly recommended by itself! Everything we ordered was so yummy!! 👌😍

This apartment is fantastic, the balcony is complete. The staff members of the hotel's bar and restaurant are very friendly and eager to deliver your order to your room if you don't want to chill in a restaurant. They provide two extremely spacious televisions, one in your lounge area and one in your main bedroom. You also get a refrigerator and a fully functional kitchen. The rooftop at the hotel has stunning views of the beautiful Penthouse.

We stayed in a spacious apartment with three bedrooms. The apartment was a bit dirty but it was comfortable and clean. Just need some freshening. The location is not ideal but it is quiet and a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked. The price is good!.

The location is far from everything and difficult to reach, especially during peak hours where a major road is constantly busy, slowing your travels. There is no choice but to get a bike or call a tutu whatever you want to do. Don't rent one, it's overpriced. Furniture in the rooms is of poor quality, most of the pieces are broken or damaged, and the tes are not really working, only a few channels are fine. WiFi is good though. Poor air. However, the management thought well about stocking the fridge with drinks and wine bottles that you can buy at any convenience shop twice as cheap. The building is not maintained. The roof is not operational, everything there up is broken and messy, and there is no staff. The pool, which is approximately 9 sum is not working. The same is true for the gym machines because they are too old and even the scale is not functioning. The main issue is cleanliness the washing machine filters are full of dirt and everything except linen and towels was sticky, dirty, or smelled. Cleaning is only done once a week, but you must ask, otherwise none will knock on the door. In summary, this place has the same prices as apartments in the city center, but the quality standards are very low. Better to choose a cheap hotel in the city center.

What a wonderful apartment with all the comforts of a great balcony. One is in your lounge area, and the other in your main bedroom. The room is quite roomy, and there are always two fantastic TVs in the room, one in the living area and one in your main bedroom. You also get a fridge and a fully functional kitchen that is excellent too. There is a gorgeous phenom pen view from the hotel's gorgeous rooftop. The hotel also has a bar, and the restaurant staff are always prepared to bring your order to your room if you don't want to unwind in the restaurant. You should check out La Bella Residence before you travel to Phönom Pen.

사진에 보이는 바와는 다소 달리 낡았으며, 한 군데의 방에서는 개미가 서식하는 듯 하여 에프킬라 처리가 필요했음. 다소 위험해 보이는 골목 안쪽에 위치하여 밤시간에 귀가하려면 조금 용기가 필요함.
