Superb. Very nice hotel on the beach with two swimming pools. Quite a lively Friday night performance, dancing, dinner. Super friendly & helpful staff. Walked around the area at night with no problem. 7/11 across the street. Some minimarts & eateries. Casinos if that is your thing. Not mine. The breakfast was crazy excellent. Did not expect. Vast displays of dishes to fill two rooms. Tastiest yogurt I’ve ever had. Nice self-serve expresso, latte, coffee machine. Had dinner at at a Chinese restaurant a few blocks away.

Room and hotel were AMAZING! The only negative is the food (other than breakfast) is very limited ! Mostly just deep fried food !

Neues, schönes und warm eingerichtetes Hotel. Grosse Zimmer, grosser Balkon und bequemes Bett. Gut gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein eigener Strandabschnitt, schöne Pools, Bars und Cafe. Der Generalmanager begrüsst die Gäste noch persönlich. Gute und sehr nette staff. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl an Interkontinentalem und Asiatischem Essen.. Vor allem Kambodschanische und Europäische Gäste. Sollte ich wiedermal nach Sinahoukville gehen, kommt für mich nur das Novotel in Frage. Sehr zufrieden! 10/10

L’hôtel est propre avec accès à la plage. Dommage qu’il y a la remontée des odeurs des égouts autour de la piscine le matin Sinon rien à reprocher, le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié.

I would like to compliment Mr. Virak, who has made my stay at Novotel Sihanoukville extremely pleasant. Mr. Virak always anticipates my needs, puts himself in my shoes, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable. His service is beyond thoughtful and truly exceptional. On Day 1, when I needed a quiet spot for a meeting, he patiently followed me from the restaurant to the lounge and finally to the lobby—just to help me find the perfect quiet corner. He even brought me an extra table for my laptop, turned down the music, and checked in on me every hour to ensure everything was okay. On Day 2 during breakfast, he saw me with my laptop and, knowing I needed to work, offered me a seat in a closed area for some peace and quiet. He was so attentive to every detail—asking if he should turn on the lights to reduce glare from my screen, checking if I needed anything to eat or drink, and even closing the door for me when he noticed more people walking past. Later that evening at the beach bar, while I was working again, he noticed I hadn’t plugged in my charger. He quietly brought me an extension cord and asked if I needed to charge my laptop. That level of attention is rare. As a trainer, I’m honestly very impressed by Mr. Virak’s dedication and attentiveness—so much so that I will be using his service as an example in my future customer service classes. I hope this message can be passed along to him, e truly he made a lasting impression on me.

Pemandangannya bagus banget dan langsung menghadap ke pantai. Kamarnya juga luas banget. Hotel ini memang terbaik di sini. Pasti kalau kesini lagi pasti akan balik lagi.

I was generally impressed and pleased with my stay at the hotel. My only suggestion for improvement is the buffet breakfast. It is probably a matter of personal taste, I felt that the noodle soup lacked taste.
