I really like this hotel, it is small and charming, and in a good location....they gave me an upgrade because I am a senior and have an issue with stairs, so they accommodated me at the lowest level.. Staff are wonderful especially Chad, he made my stay happy...everyone is nice...the food at the restaurant is very good also...I tried many dishes, each was excellent...looking forward to staying here again...

So refreshing to stay in a hotel like this. The counter staff Lin is up there with the best. Old school service. I got upgraded to the suite. Wow best value for money any where in Asia. This hotel is my go to hotel in Phonm Phen.

I must say we were a bit concerned about going to this hotel after reading all the recents review but I must say we were pleasantly surprised ! We booked a suite so we don’t know about the smaller rooms which according to some review are small... but the suites are more than comfortable. The breakfast is good, and moreover they are serving fresh ground cofee right out of the cappuccino machine something I rately expect in asia ! The place is good, the pool was clean, but expect a few leaves in the pool as they are a lot of trees surrounding it ; but for us, wasn’t annoying at all. The staff speaks good english so it is easy to ask for help. We will definitely come back :)

I used to live in Phnom Penh. Now that I’m a visitor, I needed a place to call “home” away from home. I tried several mid-range priced hotels, but I love Prasats Boutique Hotel the best. I found a go-to hotel when I visit Phnom Penh. It’s a wonderful hotel for the money and has everything I need. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet close enough to everything: Restaurants (two doors away), massage center (a few blocks), supermarket (two minutes away), beauty salon (several blocks), etc. In my opinion, it’s Phnom Penh’s BEST KEPT SECRET!

Very nice spacious room, cleaned daily. Pool was very refreshing and maintained daily, plus the fish in surrounding pools were fascinating to watch. Breakfast was nice although slow service. A $4/10 min tuk tuk gets you to the riverside and attractions/restaurants, although some good walkable restaurants on random streets nearby to be found off tripadvisor.

It was very comfortable staying at Prasats. The staff were all very attentive and the daily breakfast that was included in out menu was great because there were many different options, the food was always cooked very well and the service was speedy. Wifi great, air-con cold.

Overall the PRASATs hotel was great1 The location is convenient and the pool was definitely a plus at the end of the day. It is not large but it is in a lovely garden, by the bar. The room was pleasant and comfortable. The only complaint I could have is that construction was going on next door, but that is true everywhere in Phnom Penh. There is a tremendous boom. I cannot say enough about the owner/manager, and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend the restaurant- a hidden gem- and the mango martini was delicious

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They let up keep our bags at reception all day after we had checked out and brought us water and cold towels while we waited for our transportation. So friendly and very knowledgeable.

A lovely hotel with a small but very pleasant swimming pool which is a nice break from the Phnom Penh heat. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and made us very welcome indeed. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. A nice breakfast was included with a reasonable selection available...only criticism (minor) was they seemed to rarely have anything other than the orange juice to drink. The location is a little away from the river front where most of the recommended bars and restaurants seem to be but there are some lovely tuk tuk drivers always outside willing to take you anywhere for a reasonable price. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Et perfekt sted å å hvile seg etter en lang dag. Senger er overraskende myke, og fører til et dypt søvn. Rommet er stilfull og innredet i tradisjonell design, det gir en bra første inntrykk av landets kultur. Hotellet befinner seg i rolige omgivelser og passer for de som ønsker å ha stillhet, for å hente seg inn og nytte ferien. Jeg liker å bo på hoteller hvor eier har gitt sin hjerte, og ikke bare satt sammen noe for raskt profitt. Hotellet innfridde alle mine forventninger, og gir mer verdi i forhold til det man betaler. Oppsummering + Frokost + Wi-fi + Personalet + Servicenivå + Lokasjon + Prisnivå + Design P.S Etter å ha overnattet i nærliggende hoteller, er PRASAT hotell klart den beste valget, det i forhold til prisen, renslighet og servicenivå. --- A perfect place to rest after a long day. Beds are surprisingly soft, leading to a deep sleep. The room is stylish and decorated in traditional design, it gives a good first impression of the country's culture. Hotel is located within a quiet environment and suitable for those who want to have silence, to recover and benefit vacation. I like to stay at hotels where the owner has given his heart and not just put together something for a quick profit. The hotel did fulfilled all my expectations and gives more value compared to what you pay. PS After staying in nearby hotels, is PRASAT hotel clearly the best choice, in comparison to the price, cleanliness and service.

朝食は最高に美味しかったです。ホテルスタッフもみんなニコニコして困りごとがあれば何でも相談に乗ってくれました。女ひとり旅で訪れましたが、バスのチケットを取ってくれたり、市内の観光スポットを教えてくれたり、至れり尽くせりでした。ホテル前にいるトゥクトゥクも安全ですのでぜひ利用してください。素敵なプノンペンの滞在になりました！ありがとうございました！
