Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

Un séjour incroyable au Shangri-la, comme toujours avec cette chaîne. Accueil fluide et chaleureux, installation incroyable : piscine au 54eme étage, bar restaurant au 49 eme avec vu sur la ville. Une mention toute particulière pour le concierge qui a fait l’impossible pour rendre notre séjour mémorable et nous aider dans nos déplacements.

Very warm welcome on arrival, lovely room and great stay generally. We stayed 2 nights and opted for breakfast inclusive which was a fabulous experience. The buffet offers everything and anything you might want for breakfast, very impressive set up and a delicious pastry selection.

Saya tidak sempat menginap di sana, saya hanya berenang dan bersantai di sana. Kolam renang di atap gedung sangat kecil tetapi pemandangannya sangat indah. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They went over and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Starting with the concierge on arrival and the receptionists on the 49th floor as well as the entire dining experience on the 48th floor for both the breakfast and dinner services. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast. We decided to have dinner and breakfast every day at the Shangri La during our stay because of the presentation, taste, sanitary, and attention to details by the staff who were very friendly and thoughtful. This stay will remain as a special reminder of the kind and hospitable people of Phnom Penh and Cambodia in general.
