Tosi mukivien saksalaisomistajien keidas keskellä "kiinaa". Loistava mesta. Ranta-alue on vain alle sata metriä, mutta hyvä. Sääli, että kaikki tuhotaan..kiinalaiset rakentavat tien rannan läpi kasinoille !!!! Voi olla jo nyt tuhottu, alkoi meidän ollessa siellä. Nyt jo kaikki on kiinalaista..aivan kaikki..2 kauppaa lähellä, joisss vain kiinalaisia tuotteita ylihintaan. Sihaunokville on menetetty kiinalaisille. Menisinkö uudelleen..varmasti jos mikään ei muuttuisi, nykytilanteen vallitesa en menisi. Kaikkialla rakennustöitä, pölyä, ..ja kiinaa, kiinaa....

Loved every minute of staying here. The couple that own it are lovely people and the staff are brilliant. It has a family atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble for anyone there. It is right by the beach and river. Has a small swimming pool too. I will definitely stay again

Tolle Pension, die besten Betten in Kambodscha die wir je hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, und tolle Auswahl. Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Besitzer, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegenüber liegt ein herrlicher Strand. Keine Frage, wir kommen wieder.

We really loved our stay in Spayhiti. We booked it for one night but stayed there 5 nights. Everything worked so well. Owners and stuff made us feel very welcomed. Our daughter got a stomachflu somewhere on the second night. the owners gave her a medicine and kept asking is she ok. Breakfast is really good and Red curry soup on the menu is really delicious. Hotel pool is good and the beach is right across the street. Beach towels are also included. Afterall we really enjoyed are stay in this little hidden paradise. <3

The owners made the stay very pleasent. He took us to beach voleyball and made a very nice BBQ one night. She makes very nice German meat balls and helps with anything you need. She even washed and irond some clothes for free. The beach in front is very nice and get cleaned every morning, also the small restaurants at the beach are good. Overall we had a good time in a nice resort.

Warm welcome on arrival by hosts Gerald and Kerstin set the scene for a wonderful stay of nine days in total. Stored our luggage while we went to the island of Ko Rong Sanloem. Spayhiti is located at the southern end of Occheuteal Beach and is a quiet hotel which is just how we like our holidays to be. The pool on-site is well maintained , we used it just about everyday. The garden area is nicely kept and provides privacy between the rooms with outdoor furniture for each room outside the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water in the shower. Toiletries and all linen is provided including beach towels and mats. The aircon was excellent, a ceiling fan also in place if you didn't want the aircon. There was also a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea and two bottles of water everyday. The Television was wall mounted and there was a small table with two stools inside. Breakfast was included –eggs, bread, coffee, tea and a nice bowel of fruit. Night meals by arrangement – loved Gerald's fish dish with a home made black pepper sauce-superb, and Kerstin's attention to detail with hotel presentation was appreciated. WiFi excellent. This hotel has easy access to the beach (about 50 metres away) and backs onto the river at the rear where the dining area is located. Spayhiti was the best place for accommodation we stayed at whilst in Cambodia and would highly recommend it. Will definitely stay again.

This place was AMAZING. The owners were so kind and so helpful. They offered us beer when we got there. They told us everything we needed to know about the surrounding area and a few cool places to go. She helped me with getting a carton of cigarettes and the breakfast was always perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel and will definitely be staying again. Great value and location, the owners do a great job running the place and make you feel like family. Very lovely friendly housekeeping girls do a fantastic job. One day i will be drinking again at this place I am sure of it.

First off I want to say the Kerstin and Gerald were some of the nicest people I've met in my travels. They were always asking if everything was ok and if they could do anything for me. I spent a week in one of their spacious rooms with a king sized bed, a mini fridge that was always stocked and the BEST shower in SE Asia! No lie. I loved every minute of my time there. The resort is right across from the Occhetual beach and only about a 7 minute walk to Otres 1. They had loungers on their part of the Bach, which I might add, was the cleanest beach in Sihanoukville. I would highly recommend this place for anyone, solo or couples. It was one of the best places I've ever stayed in. And of course, it's definitely great value!

Spayhiti is a newly-built hotel just a 2 minute walk to a nice, quiet beach and ocean. Owner/operator is a friendly German couple both excellent cooks serving breakfast and fun dinner.meals to guests. Each of the 10 rooms has a small garden area in front. Pool on site. We enjoyed hanging out at the resort for a week.

Wir starteten mit 3 Übernachtungen in Sihanoukville, besser gesagt im Spayhiti und fühlten uns gleich so wohl, dass wir unsere Urlaubsplanung kurzer Hand umgeschmissen haben. Denn statt im Anschluss nach Kampot und Kep weiterzufahren, ließen wir Kep aus und kamen wieder zurück nach Sihanoukville. Leider hat es sich inzwischen herumgesprochen, wie schön, ruhig, gemütlich und sauber dieses Hotel ist, so dass wir statt weiteren 9 Nächten nur noch weitere 3 Nächte hier übernachten konnten :-(. Es ist eine kleine Oase die von Gerald und Kerstin geführt wird, mit denen wir uns gleich super verstanden. Es war fast so, als ob man sich schon ewig kennen würde. Noch dazu gab es hier definitiv das frischeste Frühstück! Eigentlich ist Frühstück für uns nur zweitrangig, aber hier ließen wir keins ausfallen :-). Ich könnte noch stundenlang weiterschwärmen, aber Romane wollte ich nicht schreiben. Einfach buchen und selber genießen.
