We received the warmest and most welcoming welcome from mr. King and sarath as soon as we arrived. They were incredibly wonderful and went above and beyond for us during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. The room was impeccably clean with excellent amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way. The location is a short tuktuk ride to pub street. The rooms are on the smaller side but adequate. Breakfast is ok, but still decent. The pool area is a bit small, but we didnt have time to use it. Based on the location, price and friendly staff, i would book again.

During my stay, the receptionists were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The place is tidy and equipped with all the necessities. The outdoor breakfast area by the pool is pleasant, but it would be more ideal if it were more private.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus, dihias dengan baik dan staf yang sangat ramah. Kamarnya sangat luas, bersih dan dilengkapi dengan perabotan yang nyaman. Sarapannya juga enak dan banyak pilihan. Koktail disiapkan dengan baik dan Happy Hour sepanjang hari! Makan malamnya juga sangat enak! Hotel ini tidak jauh dari kuil, ideal untuk dikunjungi. Sangat dianjurkan.

Excellent experience with personal staff, including mr. King and Sarah, as well as tuk drivers mr. Chorn. Excellent location. Clean rooms. A lovely breakfast and swimming pool area. At the hotel, you can also schedule tours.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. A shower was a bonus. Pay for the included breakfast, there are so many delicious options, and you will be served more food than you can finish. The bar out back is a great place to enjoy a quiet drink at the end of an evening if you want to escape the chaos of pub street. Dont be deceived by the hotel location, the reception will call you a tuk in seconds that will take you directly to the heart of pub street or you can walk.

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat, tetapi nyaman untuk mencapai pusat dengan berjalan kaki, staf sangat profesional dan kamar nyaman, kolam renang bagus untuk bersantai. Saya tidak mencoba restorannya juga karena harganya agak mahal. Saya akankah staf mengatur kunjungan berpemandu dan tidak berpemandu. Dan fasih berbahasa Inggris. Ada juga spa kecil untuk perawatan kecantikan dan pijat.

I stayed here for a week. The staff are the kindest, most polite and helpful people ive ever met. I have traveled to most parts of the world for many years and you cant beat the staff and the hotel for price, service and a feeling of home while traveling. If i could give a higher rating than five stars, i would. Lovely place. I will be back and would book no other place.

Kami menghabiskan 5 malam di sini pada bulan November Meskipun hotel ini terdaftar di Peta Jalan Nasional 6, tidak ada kebisingan lalu lintas di dalam kamar. Restoran ini terletak di belakang hotel, tepat di sebelah kolam renang dengan kursi berjemur. Kami sarapan di tepi kolam setiap pagi. Staf sangat ramah, akomodatif, dan berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan sangat baik. Semuanya sangat terawat dan bersih. Hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan.

Very good strategic location, clean and the staff are really nice. So nice, polite and helpful. The dining area and swimming pool have a very nice comfortable atmosphere. Had a free buffet fast that was just right. Not too much, no waste. Even provides pool towels and bathrobes in the room. The only downside is no lift and the furniture is a bit old, otherwise it is a 5 star hotel.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. Park and the royal residence are easily accessible on foot and are within walking distance. The personnel were really kind and welcoming. Helping with local transportation and the tour. The rooms are tidy and quiet, and they are roomy. The area, which is near the angkor wat complex, was fantastic. There are old markets and super markets nearby where we can purchase anything we need.

Hotel ini sangat bagus, begitu juga dengan pelayanannya. Manajernya, Sophal, sangat ramah dan nasihatnya sangat berguna. Sarapannya agak lemah. Kolamnya tidak terlalu besar, tapi sangat bagus di tempat tidur gantung.

I will stay here again when i return to Siem reap. I adored this hotel! The staffs hospitality was outstanding. The rooms were immaculate and cozy. Beautiful and serene relaxing by the pool. Very nice selection of cocktails, and its easy to access pub street and night markets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even helped us with the tourist police after we had an accident. The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast buffet has a great selection, but the staff could be faster in replacing empty options. Great hotel in siem reap!.

The rooms are clean and attractive. The staff are friendly. There is no elevator. No dresser or drawer to put your stuff in. There is a closet for hanging clothes, but nowhere to put folded clothes. Great value!.

Hotel ini cukup baik. Kamarnya besar, dua tempat tidur besar disatukan. Tidak ada bak mandi, hanya shower dan tidak ada tirai atau pintu. Setelah mandi, semua air berada di lantai luar. Tidak ada pemandangan dari hotel tetangga. Ada kolam kecil. Hotel ini hanya cocok untuk menginap satu malam.
