The area was quiet and having a beautiful pool. The location was great. The breakfast was good in the restaurant which was inexpensive. We got a big, fresh room and it was clean. The owner was very welcoming and supportive, and also the entire staff, even let us leave a little late, and the transportation to the airport was paid by him.

The hotel was strategic because the location was very close to shops and pub street. The room looks exactly like the photo. In the room, there are some good restaurants all around, a laundry, and a coffee shop in the opposite corner. It's nice to have a comfortable sofa and lots of space. The bathroom is not very functional but still clean. It also has a good cleanliness here. The pool facilities were very good, especially after a long day visiting the temples.

We stayed here for two weeks, in a secondfloor studio that was clean, spacious, and comfortable, a perfect retreat after mucking around temples and the pounding noise of pub street. It is close enough to the busy part of town for eateries and shops, far enough away to enjoy tranquility among trees and a pool for a quick dip. There is a papplication cafe downstairs the restaurant was in construction serving local and western dishes and is open until midnight our favorite place for breakfast and the endless fun of watching locals pass by. People are so friendly, helpful, and kind. Behind the lodge, there is a small temple with a beautiful roof that you can see from the lodge, and on certain days there was music and chanting in the air. If you enjoy peace and quiet and want to get an idea of everyday life in seem reap, this is a great location to stay. My. Definitely had a tutu for our temple visits and rides to the airport. We really recommend the orientation lodge and thank you for our visit.

Overall, it was good enough, though I would most probably choose somewhere else if I went back to appear reap. While in seem reap, we spent five nights in one of the studio rooms at the lodge. Overall, the accommodations are excellent value, with large beds, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a fridge. There was no safety deposit box, which was a drawback. But we liked the tranquil setting. The rooms had fairly good soundproofing, even though there was construction going on next door. But be aware, there is a temple right in the back and if you stay on Wednesday night, youll be awakened by the am call to prayer on Wednesday morning. The major issue for me was that the water went off at least three times while we were there. Mostly on the day I had to go back to the hotel with a stomach injury! I was seeking shelter, only to discover that without water, everything was much worse. I won't go into detail, but it was awful. The central buzz, the night market, pub street, and other attractions are all within 15 minutes by foot. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The lodge is a five-minute walk away if you're going to the Phare Circus. The proprietor was nice and friendly, but we didn't see him very often. Overall, pleasant enough. Our 3-bed villa was where we stayed. We are a family of four adults and three children aged 46. The house itself was roomy and spotless. The showers had hot water and air conditioning in the bedrooms. After a day of sightseeing temples, the pool is right outside the villa, which is great for unwinding. It is serene. We requested Lee, who provided our free airport transportation, to organize two tubs for us for the following days, and her fee was 18 dollars each tub per day. When we got back from the temples, the drivers were lovely, and they drove us to all of the sights. We appreciated having breakfast at the restaurant, and a delectable dinner were brought to our villa the previous night while our children were asleep. One evening, we also made pasta for them using the basic kitchen amenities. Excellent value for the money and a great base for exploring the temples. Groups with young children who want to be able to spend the evening together while the kids are asleep, should consider this as an ideal base.

They cancelled 24 hours prior to our arrival. We were rebooked in another property, arguably 4 star - too generous rating in my view, but all this created stress and wasted hours of my time on the phone. Dissapinted.
