I will give them 5 stars for value for money if they just be honest with their ads. The room is nice and clean and in a good location, but not 35 square meters as advertised, it is only 25 square metres. There is no lift and gym as promised.

Im quite happy with this place! The hotel is in a very peaceful location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool is spotless. After dinner, i can walk to pub street.

This place is in a great location, close to the city center and has very clean rooms, good facilities, hot water, friendly staff, reasonable prices, all in all an excellent experience, will be back on my fathers next visit to siem reap,.

The room was a bit lacking in functionality and the bathroom was under construction, but the location, staff, and service were excellent. Enjoy preparing tastiest cafe next to the pool with an italian cafe. The pool was especially great for relaxing in the hot afternoon. There is plenty of choice and value!.

My companion and i stayed here at the end of January and beginning of february, and we had a great time. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. It is in incredibly good location. Pub street is only ten minutes walk away, as are many stores and restaurants. Around the corner is the bus station. A pharmacy is also close by. We were given sytayed room on the second floor, but we requested to change it the following day because it did not live up to our expectations. They were very kind about it and helped us change rooms without hesitation. On the third floor where we were staying, we received likewise doppelzimmer, although slightly larger and had better lighting. Snacks can be purchased in the reception area, which is useful when you want fewer snacks. Unfortunately, despite having the swimming pool appearing nice, no one had the chance to use it. What makes this hotel so special is its people. There is so much heart and soul here. Staff goes above and beyond. During my stay here, im very comfortable. I wish ive been able to stay longer.

I heartily endorse this hotel. The hotel is quiet but centrally located. There are plenty of activities offered. When its too hot, there is a lovely pool to cool off in. Although the room is decent, the bathroom and shower are severely damaged. They must take immediate action about it. Rusty water smells strongly. Friendly and helpful staff.

This place is a Japanese M from the city of san francisco. It was in ir downtown, so it wasnt very big, but it was strategically located. The staff was excellent, and the rooms were immaculate. I would stay here again without any issues.

A really nice hotel with friendly staff who are always happy to assist. The rooms are clean and tidy. Lovely hotel in a great location. It is conveniently located near the old market. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily. There are many restaurants around to explore.

Everything was spotless and immaculate in this location. Will undoubtedly return here. The water in the shower, which i believe they use fairly well and was a little brownish, is minus one star.
