Rummet vi bokat, var inte i acceptabel skick, så vi uppgraderade till ett rum i den nyare byggnaden, med "sunset" balkong. Rummet har nog inte använts på länge, då golvet var väldigt dammigt. Men de kom snabbt och städade. Säkerhetsskåpet fungerade inte. Badrummet med regndusch var i bra ordning, även om vi denna gången inte använde badkaret. Simbassängen var inte så stor, men hade väldigt rent vatten. Lite kallt vatten...

Went there with my parents, dad had difficulty with walking due to a leg injury but the staff was extremely courteous. Helped us with rooms on the lower floor and arranged for cab/tuk tuk very promptly whenever we needed them. Location is a big plus and this a a real value for money place so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Siem Reap

オールドマーケットから徒歩3分圏内でとても便利。空港からの無料ピックアップ(片道)もありネームプレートが黄色で見つけやすかった。お迎えのトゥクトゥクのお兄さんも優しかった。設備も金庫や冷蔵庫もあり良かった。部屋もエアコンが効いて快適でした。アメニティはあるけど持っていった方が良いかも。掃除も毎日してくれて水も付いてる。朝食は付いてなかったけど、2＄くらいで食べられる。コスパも良くてスタッフもみんな親切で感動しました。 Thank you very much!

Mr Lucky and his staff @ Unique were fantastic. The service and cleanliness were perfect. Centrally located and has a great cook and menu. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This place will be my base for further exploration of the Temples. Mr Chinn-my tuk-tuk driver was kind and well informed. Truly a great find and experience.

Tres bon sejour, hotel de tres bon rapport qualite prix avec piscine agreable et bon restaurant. Le patron tres gentil s est occupe de nous trouver des tuktuks pour la visite des temples et est venu nous chercher et nous raccompagner â l aéroport, tres bon service.

Fabulous family hotel! Close to everything with all the essentials & a lovely pool to swim or sit by with a cold beer after a hectic exploring day! We really enjoyed our stay here & would recommend for those busy exploring travellers. Pub St & markets an easy few minutes stroll. Booked 1 night but stayed 3.

Really enjoyed stay here for 3 nights. Staff were very kind and they cleaned my room everyday. There is a new pool which is gorgeous and very large for a boutique guesthouse. Location is the best part - walking distance to everything. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked like a decent breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here.

Best guest house we have stayed in all of our Asia trip so far in 2 months of travel. Very clean rooms, of a good size, modern and stylish. Very well located so not to far from all the hustle but low road noise. Very helpful and friendly staff that have good English. Very nice manager let us stay in our room all day after the checkout time at no extra expense as we had a late sleeper bus booked for 1000 pickup. So we was able to get a shower before we left,means a lot to us weiry travellers, feel more human for the long coach ride ahead. Would totally recommend this place, very high 3 star. Fantastic. Only problem is its down hill from here as others can't match the quality for the price. Go book it

Free pick up by tuk tuk at the bus station was very helpful arriving in a new town. Staff very helpful. Owner always around to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast basic and will pack it for you for sunrise tours. Laundry services very reasonable compared to other cities.

They said they ordered a room but they asked for more money when we arrived. But I already paid for it. They sent us to another hotel for 2 nights, and I was back here 1 night. The room was good, and the food was also good. But he sold our room with a larger price. Not happy as he was very rude to me and my wife. And manny others had the same problem.

I would highly recommend this place. We stayed here for 5 nights on initial reservations for 3. The room king was spacious and cozy. The downstairs restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced, which we used daily as the meals were consistently excellent mix of Western and Asian food. Outdoor sitting area by a lovely pool. Everywhere very clean. The owners and their employees couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The old market and pub street district are a 5 minute walk away.

Saya dan beberapa teman saya menginap di sini selama 3 hari. Kami mengambil kamar keluarga agar muat untuk 5 manusia, kami mendapat 3 tempat sperti double dalam satu ruangan yang luas plus dapur pribadi dan balkon yang luas. Sarapan hanya telur dadar dan roti tawar. Kopi dan teh gratis. AC tidak cukup kuat untuk mendinginkan kamar kami yang luas, butuh waktu yang lama agar bisa sejuk. Stafnya cukup ramah dan bersedia menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang kami berikan meskipun dengan bahasa Inggris seadanya.

At first I was given a room with private balcony, and after that I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and a refreshing refreshing beverage. Second, the room was modern and clean. Third, the restaurant served a delicious breakfast and dinner. First, the driver and tour can be arranged at the reception. The third place is the good hotel.
