I have stayed in several other SPG brand hotels in the region and this hotel stay was by far the best. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. I ate twice at the outdoor poolside restaurant and the wait staff was the most friendly I have encountered in Africa. Food was good. room was clean, shower was hot, property was safe. I will definitely return on my next trip to Douala.

I booked a suite at Ramingha as a gold member. The staff was very helpful. The room's heater didn't work anymore. I called the front desk, and an electrician was dispatched. It was fixed right away. Thank you also to Samuel, Olivier, and the front desk staff for their warm welcome.

We visited this place on our trip in June 2019. I enjoy the restaurant's selection of local fish dishes. It was a nice place to rest before our early flight since it was also very close to the airport. Not far from the city center with interesting nightlife.

The hotel was nice for the area. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked. The pool area was relaxing and the pizzas were excellent. The lobby is a little dated and had water dripping from the ceiling due to the humidity. There were several good restaurants and shopping within walking or a short taxi ride.
