The location of this hotel was excellent. The service was excellent and helpful. I asked for slippers, but they immediately delivered them as a surprise. The breakfast was good and very clean. The bed is soft and has beautiful linen.

The rooms are lovely and upscale. The hotel is well hidden and well organized. The hotel is clean and has a beautiful front. I think their conference hall can hold at least 200 people and is air-conditioned.

This is my first visit to this hotel. This time, I stayed in a much smaller room. The room was tidy but with some renovations, it will be better. I had issues with small cockroaches in the room, and insecticides didn't fix it. For international guests, breakfast options are quite limited. The menu's menu menu is adequate. I had just one incident when I ordered a grilled beef skewer, and it was arrived with the meat barely cooked. After I informed the waiter of that, it was replaced. Although the location is excellent and the proximity to a police station provides some safety assurances.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful, but they don't speak English at all. The food was good, but the service was slow. Breakfast was good, but more expensive than ordering dinner in the restaurant. The wifi was not reliable.

The shuttle from the hotel was at the airport as planned. Late arrival, quick check-in. The rooms are small and old, not really well maintained but pretty clean. The food at the room service was good. Wifi was not effective but ok for a short stay.
