Great place to stay in Douala. Clean and friendly staff.

This hotel is in a much better condition than the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. And then, there's a fridge and wifi, but the room also had no information about the restaurant and menu, room service hours and menu, or other hotel services. One of the towels was broken, for the pool one towel was broken, one towel for two guests one of my pets ate it, so maybe this is normal for cameron. After that, when the air conditioner is running in cool mode, it will only be running at a minimum fan speed, so it will take a long time to reach the desired temperature. After that, the restaurant has better service than the rooms. But it's just weird that when a room is reserved for two people, only one breakfast is included.

OK, but wifi has no internet can't use the fridge, and there is no information in the room about restaurants and menus, room service times and menus or other hotel services, such as the pool one light broken one towel for two guests One of my dogs hates cameron, but maybe it's normal? In cool mode, the air conditioner only runs at a minimum fan speed, so it takes a very long time to reach the desired temperature. Having said that, the restaurant is much better than the rooms. nice surroundings, accommodating staff, and good food. It's somewhat strange that only one breakfast is included when a room is reserved for two people.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean but could use a little maintenance and repairs of non functional amenities . Water pressure is low on the third floor and wifi does not work either.

Le service acceuil était bilingue et professionnel.Toutefois, la lingerie du lit n'etait pas propre et en plus j'ai ressenti des demangeaisons au dos après que je me sois allonge. Toilette bouchee, lave main inoperationnel. Bruit de construction lors du sejour.

Horrible. Mosquitoes wont let me close my eyes. Mold everywhere on the walls. Room keys looked like toilet keys.
