The staff was very friendly. The property is very safe, with 24h armed security guard. The property is also very affordable, comparing to other properties in the city of Port Au Prince. I would suggest them to add more foods in their menu. I will definitely go back to Pacot Breeze Hotel each time i go to Haiti. Happy New Year to the whole crew there!

We had a nice stay at Pacot Breeze. AC was working, pool was clean, quality bedding. Staff was helpful. Good quality for the price!

You'll get the best customer service from the security guards,front desk is left unattended most of the time even if they are there ,you aren't getting their full attention because they are on their phones.Food was good although expensive

Quiet , nice area ...cozy little place that I like 😋been going there for awhile but I must say that as comfort it’s not so good NO HOT WATER OR CABLE ...OR WIFI (only in the lobby) 7 days wasn’t able to watch some tv (only one religious Chanel available) AC was and off and on thing ...well, it has its perks 😏but if ur looking for luxury...hmm ...wouldn’t be the right place for u 😒

Nice quiet place but it's old and the shower is not really a shower. It was a piece that was held together by duct tape and barely produces running water. The climatizatiom looks like it's from the 1970s. If you want a quiet place to stay with low level ammeneties this is the place to be! Also the restaurant has good food but is very expensive.

Generator-noise was a problem at night but earplugs helped solve it. There was no hot running water but the temperatures are high, so no real need for hot showers.

Hôtel de catégorie moyenne, un peu délabré, mais en rénovation, avec un coin verdure sympatique. Le personnel a su se montrer disponible et agréable. Un bon endroit pour passer une journée ou deux, à une distance raisonnable de l'aéroport. Il faut quand même compter $30. US pour le transport de l'hôtel à l'aéroport (6,5 km)

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Wasn't too happy at first but eventually started liking it. I came during the carnival so there were many ppl coming late at night, loud talking etc., after that carnival crowd left it has been super quiet, although if you are a really light sleeper some sounds may bother you. Also there are Windows from my room to the halway so at night you are getting quiet a lot of light, and I like sleeping in a dark. Mattress is a little hard, as well as the pillows. Other than that, everything went pretty smooth. The most amazing staff, I have never seen such nice and kind and sweet people working in any hotel before. Its also really clean and safe, also great for people who have cars. Neighborhood is quiet and very residential. Overall happy I stayed here, sure will be back!
