Très bon emplacement. Service de navette ok. Transports pour se rendre au centre de Vancouver à proximité. Encore un grand merci aux dames à l'accueil du petit déjeuner, très accueillantes, très serviables, très souriantes. La réception aussi était très bien. Seul hic, la chambre dès mon arrivée était sale au niveau de la moquette et le chauffage qui par moment faisait un bruit assourdissant. Toutefois, les produits hygiéniques et serviettes étaient en quantité très suffisante. Les différents distributeurs alimentaires sont tops et prennent même la petite monnaie, avec un distributeur de cash également. J ai apprécié l'espace fumeurs. Et pour finir j ai beaucoup aimé la décoration de l'hôtel, avec sa jolie devanture et le charme ancien des chambres et des corridors. On y dort paisiblement aussi. Merci à vous, pour mon prochain séjour à Vancouver, je reviendrais.😊🌹

Had a late checkin due to delays. Night staff was helpful, friendly and without hesitation allowed me a late checkout. Room was large and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Washroom was not claustrophobic with 2 of each of shampoo, soap, lotion. There is no minifridge or microwave but there is a kettle and a keurig. AC managed to keep the room the proper temperature. Airport shuttle runs every 30min and driver was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price point.

Everything was wonderful - no opportunity to enjoy the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Loved the availability of microwave to heat food in the foyer.

You can tell the hotel is a little older BUT It is well kept, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and basic and the shuttle was excellent

The hotel offered us all the amenities that we needed. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a great location as it is walkable to restaurants and a small shopping mall. Near the airport, with a great shuttle service. I would certainly stay again.

Nice room good size and good water pressure, used train from a cruise to the hotel which was 3 blocks from the sky train Bridgeport station. Took advantage of the free airport shuttle! They asked what time and made it happen. Also enjoyed the Asian restaurant on the premises which was very convenient and reasonable.

It was a very clean hotel so we were very happy about that. Breakfast was extremely basic but totally fine for our standards and the hotel was very easily within walking distance to the train station. We woke up and took the sky link to the cruise port it was very easy and four dollars. We called the hotel several times and kept getting hung up on so that was disappointing but as long as you don’t need to interact to the front desk, you’ll be fine. It is very clean and very affordable and met the needs of us flying in the night before a cruise.

There were boiled eggs and fruit for breakfast, among many other things. Nice deck by the dining room. Parking was fine. Coin laundry available. Beds were comfortable. I slept well there.

The property was convenient to the airport and to entertainment while we were there overnight. Their airport shuttle was convenient & timely and driver courteous. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast area was spacious and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
