We were very impressed with our stay at the Alt Hotel. Starting with unloading ( right in front but ask which side of the building- entry is a bit hard to see) to parking the staff were very helpful. We did on street parking on the city app . You are right at the river walk and it is beautiful. We walked to Steven’s Street downtown as well as the zoo from the hotel . Great restaurant options , all nearby. Great steak at Char Bar, great coffee and breakfast in the same building. The rooms are clean, modern, hi tech with wall controls for lighting, temperature, fans, shades very easy to use. The bed was very comfortable. We had staff freshen up the room every day. Lots of hot water in the shower…there is a Nespresso machine in the room and we were able to get great coffee from it! We just can’t say enough good things about our visit. We were glad we stayed here and would recommend it highly to anyone.

Sehr sauberes, relativ neues Hotel mitten in Downtown. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und ein Supermarkt gibt es auch in der Nähe. Würde immer wieder das Hotel buchen. Einziges Problem: viele Obdachlose in Downtown, die mir aber nicht gefährlich vorkamen. Man sollte dennoch nicht allzu spät alleine rumlaufen

This is a great hotel if you’re just looking for a place to stay for work. The area in the east village is still developing so if I had a young family, I probably wouldn’t stay here the homelessness and drug addiction problem in Calgary. This machine is village is still something the city is battling with.
