What an absolute joy it was staying here! The hosts are magnificent, the breakfast was great, the hospitality was top notch! Parking was a little tight depending on vehicle size, but easy and free! The rooms were cozy and very clean. Very affordable as well, and a short 5 minute drive to Clifton Hills and the falls. We were beyond satisfied with our stay and will absolutely book again for next time we are up here! The WiFi is a little spotty during the day, but nothing that really bothered us. I will point out we had a major issue with Expedia when sending/seeing messages to/from the hosts. I highly recommend calling the property and giving them your cell phone number so they can text the details of your stay. Our trip was nearly ruined due to Expedia's error. Aside from that, you will not be disappointed with your stay. Affordable, hospitable, and close to everything. You can't beat it.

Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call. Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They always kept the rooms, nice and clean, and Rosanna was there to make us breakfast every morning. She was very nice and professional. The rooms were comfortable, and everything was very organized. When we decide to return to Niagara, we’ll definitely look at this place again.

Older home but meticulously clean. Our room was warm and inviting. We didnt stay for breakfast but dining area was stocked and nicely set. Would definitely stay again

This is my go to place when i go to the falls. Nice and quiet. Away from the rif raf. Always geel welcome here. Close enough to walk everywhere or the transit stop is across the street. Totally convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great place

Great, affordable stay. Staff on sight are great. Room is small but has everything you need. Included breakfast is cooked to order. Parking is a little tight if all rooms are booked but not too horrible if patient. Would stay again.

The location was away from the bustling crowd of Niagara and very quiet. It was only a ten to 15 minute walk to the casino and other amenities. We came the see IlDevio at the OLG Stage. It was a fantastic concert,

Clean, no need to check in or check out. It’s is via.door codes. Bed was comfy, strong shower water flow, air conditioning was perfect temperature. Walkable distance to Stanley road. Breakfast was great, very friendly lady who serves it. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, toast, eggs, sausage, bacon and all the condiments needed. Butter, name brand jams, peanut butter….
