As a solo traveler, this place was scary. If you dont drive yourself, youll be fine. The rooms were nice, the blankets were similar to curtan materials, but its ok. I actually got what i paid for.

After reading all the mixed reviews, i was nervous to stay at this hotel. But ive been pleasantly surprised. The customer service was friendly, and the lobby and room were both spotless. Although it isnt particularly familyfriendly, the neighborhood is located outside of east hastingss most wellknown areas. While the hotel itself feels secure, guests who hold a keyfob can only unlock the front door, which is locked and can be opened by them. I was able to sleep well here. However, as others have noted, this motel is not ideal for light sleepers. It wont be entirely quiet at night because the walls are comparatively thin, there is an event venue within the same structure, but it won't always be very quiet. My neighbors were nevertheless relatively quiet, although if there was an activity going on, my neighbors werent loud. Your mileage may vary depending on the other visitors and how far your room and from the event area. Overall, its primarily suited for budgetconscious travelers and is among the cheapest hotels in the downtown area overall.

I really enjoyed it here. The location of the hotel gave me a skeptical first impression, but the rooms are actually quite nice. They had enough room supplies and the room was very clean. Most especially the people were very nice, they were both when i arrived and when we checked out. Even though my flight was delayed, no longer possible to check out at this hotel. But they explained well and recommended places to go. Finally, ive been glad he didnt stay back. A commercial avenue with lots of good restaurants is within walking distance, and no frills and dollarama are directly across the street from the motel. I took out points because there was no microwave and all the noise from outside the road was so disturbing that it woke me up.

The location is good, the price is reasonable. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

The front desk staff is the best. He is very kind and helpful. However, the facilities are very poor. The room is clean, but the temperature is high. If you open the window, there is a very loud noise level, like living in an airport. No cool air. Location is in shazy era. But security is good. In short, this hotel is not suitable for summer travel.

The hotel is amazing, and the service is outstanding. I stayed at 4 seasons, many fairmonts, or other luxury hotels, but this little dive hotel was equal to or exceeded in terms of cleanliness, friendliness und experience. Excellent transit access throughout the city. The neighborhood is rough, not the hotel. A grocery store and a dollar store are located across the street. There are excellent restaurants in the area. Only three minor issues. Its tad dingy because the rooms and site are old. Although there is no elevator for the disabled, i was able to use it. Weekend concerts can produce noise and drunk people. Keep those in mind, youll have ecstatic and have an amazing time. If it works out, well return.

The room exceeded our expectations in terms of size and cleanliness. I would definitely return for another visit. Overall, a pleasant stay, we had fewer problems than anticipated during our stay.

My stay was satisfactory. My thoughts revolve around largely safety, cleanliness, and noise. I wish i had known that the hotels front door would be locked when attempting to check in at night. As a young woman, ive found the location to be somewhat problematic because it was dimly lit, but fortunately, im able to call in, which was fine. Regarding the room, there was securing, so if ill not be concerned about my belongings, the place might have been cleaner upon arrival. In the refrigerator, where he discovered drinks and hair from someone else. The sheets had stains, while hair was also in the shower. Excellent advice for exploring was provided by the staff, who were all very friendly. During the day, this area was much busier. However, when trying to sleep, it still produced loud noises such as cars, music, or shouting. Since etiquette and price were fairly good, overall, you get what you pay for, in my opinion.

My family stayed here on a road trip and it was just fine. The staff were very good, polite and helpful. Good group! The location was concerning for spotting the road. Free parking was good but the lot makes you nervous. Not very secure. Also the rooms were just okay. They were clean enough, i suppose, but amenities were lacking. So if you dont have tv and just need nauseous place to sleep, this works! Need more? Maybe you should go elsewhere.

Historic! The new manager adores this hotel and you can tell by her attention to detail. Very clean, lovely tile bathroom, rooms just the right size, walking distance to many good restaurants and breweries.

Our experience was satisfactory. Compared to other accommodations, the room was reasonably priced and wellkept. The office personnel were helpful and kind. It was simple and quick to leave for our cruise thanks to the bus stop located just outside!.

The price was unbeatable! You can walk downtown, the service was excellent, and the room was spotless. Please keep in mind that you would have to wake up in a region with severe poverty, addictions, or mental health. I work in support outreach and overdose prevention in boulevard victoria b. C, so the walk allowed me to gain more experience as an overdosistance prevention worker and talk to locals about the kind of services the area offers. And wow, is the hotel wellequipped for the safety and security of their visitors.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bhavik during my recent visit, and i must say that he is a true gem. His commitment to providing exceptional service was obvious from the start. Bhavis friendly and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hotels services and the surrounding area, always offering valuable recommendations and assistance. What truly stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Bhabi consistently made sure my stay was comfortable and memorable, with no better hotel attendant. Thanks to Bhavaviks outstanding service, you are in for pampered if you stay at this establishment. My stay here was made truly memorable by him as tucked away by his warm and inviting demerit.

I would return here. The front desk employee, mia, provides excellent service and recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Lovely neighborhood away from the city center. My room was tidy and peaceful. If noise bothers you, request a quiet room. Dont believe all the negative reviews.
